Amazing! There are very few words to describe how amazingly wonderful our trip to Tjornuvik was. The place was super easy to find, they have a parking, it was cozy, comfortable and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It is by far one of the most beautiful places we've ever been to. And as hikers the opportunity is right there next to the house... absolutely incredible. The hosts were super nice and had a welcoming message for us which added to the nice touch of the coziness of the house.

This was a beautiful, clean and spacious house with an unforgettable view of Gjogv. It was walking distance to everything. Kitchen worked really well, beds were comfortable and bathroom great. We loved staying here and would definitely return!

The guesthouse location is gorgeous, in Gjorv. Our room, in the other building down the street had a great view of the town and the water. It was nice to sit outside the room at the communal table and chairs and enjoy it. The room was spacious and modern. The cable TV was great! It was an unexpected treat. Parking was easy. The restaurant meal was good, with salmon and lamb on the menu. Breakfast was a small, but tasty buffet with the best apple and pecan pastries!

I really enjoyed my time in this Guesthouse and can totally recommend this place. The kitchen is clean and big enough for several people to cook at the same time. Also, there is a nice, big living room with a Pool table, gaming machines, Dart, PS5, so you will also enjoy your time and you can have a relaxed day at home if the weather gets to bad for hiking. Kris, the owner, is one of the nicest guys I met and is always there for helping you out with recommendations what to discover on the islands. This place helped me to enjoy the beautiful time I had on Faroe Islands even more. :) Nice to know: Even if you're planning your time without having a car, a bus station is directly in front of the Guesthouse!

Owners are so welcoming! You can feel how they love their place and want you to love it too. It is a perfect and comfortable stay for two people, with all the necessities in the kitchen and laundry. Location is really good, don’t worry that it is a bit off the main attractions. It is not a big deal, but the road to the village is worth a turn. The owner said about their plans for further development — can’t wait to come back and see!
