Good location, well set up for 3 of us, with comfortable beds and good facilities for an overnight stay. Nice bathroom, dining table and cooking implements. We were able to pull up directly outside the property to unload and then park just round the corner very easily.

Very clean and tidy with plenty of character and a short walk to the village centre. Inside there is plenty of space over 3 levels, including a lounge/games room and a sunny terrace at the top.The bedrooms have very comfy beds with a separate toilet on the same level. The shower room was modern and had plenty of space. Parking was just down the road, a very short walk away. Worth staying more than a night but sadly we couldn't. Well worth a visit to the caves too. There are restaurants a short walk away but they were fully booked so it's worth booking ahead. The town is lovely with the river passing through. It's a really pretty place to visit and I would happily stay there again.

We stayed one night at this lovely Gîtes de France on our way down from Calais to Provence and were thoroughly delighted with our choice. The location was spectacular: in the quiet and tranquil grounds of the local chateau in the picturesque countryside outside Dijon. Caroline was a friendly and obliging host, greeting us at our arrival. The room itself was superb: the bed was huge, and very comfortable; the bathroom was kitted out with features such as an illuminated and heated mirror and a spacious and lovely shower, all a bit unexpected considering the traditional exterior. Our downstairs room had a door opening on to the garden; we had our pizza meal – bought from a local pizzeria ordered for us (due to our rudimentary French) by Caroline – on a table just outside our room and the tension of our drive just melted away in the tranquillity. We had access to a modern kitchen/dining area to help ourselves to tea/coffee/something stronger as we wished. After a wonderful night’s sleep, we were rewarded with a lovely French breakfast – including toasted brioche, freshly-squeezed orange juice and plenty of fresh coffee – once again at the table outside as the weather was so nice, before setting off on the second stage of our journey. We would wholeheartedly recommend La Ferme du Château and indeed will ensure it is on our itinerary next time we are in the Dijon region.

Very nice and spacious apartment, fairly well equipped. The host is very helpful and friendly. The beds are okay if you’re staying just a couple of days. Bring your own tea bags and coffee capsules! Good Wi-Fi. The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by stairs, and faces a very noisy road. The area itself is beautiful and charming. Easy and free parking nearby. There’s even a 24-hour pizza vending machine just 50 meters away.
