Loved the rural location with ability to take walks and drives through the country side. The accommodation was beautifully appointed and comfortable. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful and spoke very good English which made our communication very simple. The stay was positioned in lovely well maintained gardens and all accompanied by a very friendly dog. The breakfast was extremely generous and appropriate. It was definitely the best accommodation we had in our stay in France..

L'Ile de Sees is located a 30-minute drive north of Alençon and just 6 km from the centre of Sées. This 2-star hotel is set in a former dairy farm and now offers an on-site bar and restaurant.

This was the Best Logis de France that I have stayed in for many years. The Service, food and ambiance was excellent. The property had been totally renovated and the Terrace on particular was attractively laid out so you had privacy. I shall certainly go back next year when I am working in Sees.
