We picked this place as it was half-way between Switzerland and The Netherlands. It turned out to be a very typical small town in the Ardennen with steep sloping streets, terraced houses and beautiful surroundings. The house itself is quite old, lovely wooden staircase, and indeed, painted a wonderful framboise colour. We had a large room with twin beds, which was great for my sister and I.

Great place to stay with friendly owners. The room was very spacious and had all we needed. Big bed, a sofa and a nice bath room. It is nice and quiet there so we had a good night rest. Breakfast was served by the owner in the morning. The Wifi is without a password and that is not working with iPhone/iPad these days. Would be good to update WiFi to have a password. It was not a big issue as 4G/5G was stable enough to steam some video. There are some big friendly cats at the property. There is a lot of parkingspace too. The kitchen has an oven and microwave in case you like to make a snack or even some coffee.

Room was warm, original and overall very pleasant with al necessary amenities. Staff was very friendly, finding solutions to problems that I caused, with friendliness and amazing flexibility. Food was out of this world good, cannot recommend enough. We are sure to come back.

I liked that the person managing it was always replying to my questions. The house was clean and in a quiet area. The instructions to open the door were very easy to follow. There were basic things to cook and the dishes were sufficient.
