Excellent hotel! The beds are extremely comfortable, and the pool and spa are wonderful — perfect for relaxing. I also really appreciated the twice-daily room service: a full cleaning in the morning and a lovely evening turndown service to prepare the room for the night. Everything felt very well organized and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We were greeted by the lovely Sara, she was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We loved everything about the property. The beds were so comfortable, the sheets were soft, the towels were thick and soft. The list goes on and on.

Everything seemed brand new and very clean. Comfortable couch, great cable TV channel selection, fully functioning and well-equipped kitchen. Mezzanine, high ceiling, big bed. The linen and towels were fresh, and the bathroom amenities were appreciated. The apartment is right above Messina Square with a great view of the activities below. The window bar has high stools making a memorable night with a glass of wine. Cozy atmosphere, and easy access, right in the center of Nice, close to the beach and restaurants.

Location was fabulous. Central to everything . Communication with hosts was easy . Very clean and functional. Great all round !

Fantastic communication from the host. They were helpful, proactive and happy to help, even sending over recommendations and letting us drink some of the available spirits. The flat is very clean and well appointed. Air conditioned and with a lift in the building, going to and from the flat was easy and comfortable. Location is superb, being right in the heart of the city but high up enough to drown out the noise of the streets. Also, how cool to have a bar kitchen!

Very good instruction for getting into the room. Clean and spacious room with good facilities. The location was EXCELLENT. 1 min walk from the room to Massena Square to the Tram station. Only 4 min walk to the beach. Will clearly try to stay there again !!!

The location is one of the greatest features of this studio: you live in the very heart of the city yet it is not the old town with a lot of parties, so you can rest well. The studio itself is gorgeous - comfy bed, great kitchen, stylish and yet very minimalistic but with everything needed.

I liked this apartment very much. Its location is perfect, the apartment is comfortable. Very big advantage of it is its terrace, which is spacious and really necessary in summer. Next time I go to Nice, I will definitely stay in it again.
