Maria was very nice and super sweet! We arrived very late at night and she was still awake and worries we couldn't find the place. In the morning she also provided breakfast for us. We had travelled the whole day and this was a very nice and cute place to spend the night!

We had a lovely time at Édon! Great location to plan various trips in the Charentes and Dordonge. John and Tricia are very warm, friendly peope, who help you, but respect your privacy as well. The gite has a nice garden and good facilities!

The house was very comfortable and beautiful, especially the surroundings were fantastic... the garden, the orchard, the swimming pool, the pingpong table, the architecture of all the buildings of the chateau, the superb views over the valley from the garden. The house was large with thick walls - great against the heat - and everything was there in this second residence: kitchen supplies, lots of towels, books, dvd's... We loved the "gated community" feeling as we had two kids with us who could play safely.

The owner was friendly and made me feel at home. Had a coffee and chatted in the kitchen. Clean and tidy rooms. Great value. A charming place with beautiful furniture. The place is being restored. You can see the history. Would come back to see the restaurant completed. Great job, Iris.

We stayed here when we came to the Angloume festival. It is a peaceful, quiet and full of art. The house is a natural museum inside and outside, there are many works of art here. The hosts are very friendly. We were especially happy to meet them. Definitely a place I would like to stay again.
