Nice clean apartment and very helpful staff

Staff were extremely kind and friendly! The rooms were clean and the place itself looks great!

I was really tired when I arrived after a long drive, The receptionist on the desk was truly lovely and helped me with my bags to my room. Room was on the second floor and was big and comfortable Lovely view of the lake. I used the pool which was lovely and quiet. The food at breakfast was excellent. Lovely business stay.

Excellent place, great big rooms with a very big comfortable bed. Staff are really friendly and the service is amazing

Excellent Room and great for a night away and good value. And a quiet night sleep was good.. breakfast was good and full English and eggs perfect

The staff were very friendly and polite.

Amazing old building , friendly stuff , the guy at reception was also a biker , good chat .

Lovely spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Very clean and loved the bath tub in the corner.

Can't fault my stay at all. The room was brilliant. Great breakfast. Attentive service. Everything you'd need was there.

The accommodation was very well presented, fully stocked and extremely comfortable. It was secluded, quiet, warm and peaceful. The bath and shower were lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. The dogs were happy and we enjoyed walking around the land. We are definitely coming back.

Hawks Ledge was a beautiful little retreat and perfect for a few nights away. The space is generous and great for a couple. The full kitchen is very high spec, and you could easily cook a meal here (as it was, we only had breakfast in). Tea and coffee are provided, as well as small bottles of milk in the fridge. There are TWO balconies (one upstairs and one downstairs), both with very comfortable furniture for sitting outside. The bed was very comfortable - king sized and good-quality mattress. Bathroom was lovely - very clean and the shower was delightful (great pressure and the water heated up quickly). The bathtub under the skylight at the foot of the bed was a real treat and made this place feel very special. Hawks Ledge at Otium Wine Estate is quite isolated, which was exactly what we were looking for, but just something to be aware of. We really appreciated the hosts' recommendations for local pubs, restaurants, and taxis. They were also great at answering our questions before we booked. We are already looking to come back!

Very quiet and picturesque; even when it rains, it’s a soothing scene to absorb. We will be returning again if possible next year :)

Great quiet location, beautiful space, well decorated and the freestanding bath was great! A little gem of a place to stay.

I booked this hotel. Paid my money. Luckily I rang the owner 2 hours before check in to see if I could leave my car there. When I called, the owner told me that there were no rooms available as he had builders in and another guest had extended their stay. Left me without accommodation and the owner didn't seem to care. Will never book there again.

Exactly as described, absolutely gorgeous!

Peaceful getaway in the Hampshire countryside. We stayed in robins nest and it was beautifully decorated with everything we needed.

We loved the setting and view, it was beautiful and peaceful. We appreciated the easy check in/ check out process. We loved how well appointed the apartment was, very cleverly thought out to make the most of the space. My wife loved the built in wine fridge! We also really enjoyed the location, lots to see and do whilst still feeling secluded. The breakfast hamper was lovely, top produce and very tasty. We appreciated the dedicated parking space. All in all, we had a fantastic time and will look to return in the future and will recommend to family and friends!

We had an amazing stay in the camping pod. Beautiful location and host was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again!

Great breakout, full of nature. Quite and enjoy your privacy with fresh air. Great scenery all round.
