Cosy annexe in the heart of the Sussex countryside
The decoration of the room is really cozy! It’s really near to the grassland and you could see the sheep from the window which makes us feel impressive. The environment is very peaceful and could birds chirping. Also, the bed is very comfortable and makes us have a sweet dream.

The property is located in beautiful grounds. Both mornings we sat under the 200year old English Plain and had our breakfast (will attach a photo) Our accommodation was without doubt 5 star plus. Every detail has been considered, from the coffee machine to cottonwool pads. The bed and linen was as good good as you’d find in a top class hotel.

Super modern, clean and comfortable! Expansive views ! The blackout blinds was a game changer. Very responsive host. If you come with a friend & sleeps on the sofa they would appreciate blinds on the living room roof windows.
The Bird Loft Studio
We had a wonderful stay at the Bird Loft over Easter. Louise and Simon were lovely hosts - very warm and friendly. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by animals (horses, chickens, dogs and ducks), which made it feel really special. We especially enjoyed walking in the nearby woods while the bluebells were in bloom. The loft itself had everything we needed, and the WiFi was super fast, which made it easy to work from there when needed. The chocolate brownies and Cadbury Mini Eggs left for us on arrival were a really thoughtful touch. We’d happily stay again.

Deep in the beautiful Sussex countryside, with a pub at hand for an evening meal and a cool glass of wine. The location next to Plumpton College was perfect for us. The Shepherd Huts are tucked away in the trees behind the Half Moon Pub Garden, far enough to be quiet and hidden from the garden and parking area. They are spacious and well made, with everything you need for a few nights stay. A lovely little spot. It was a nice touch to have a loaf of bread, butter and jams in the hut, so we could have a bit of breakfast with our coffee before we headed off.
All very helpful here and we were allocated a pet-friendly apartment instead of a room that had hosted pets. We watched a founding member of Fairport convention play in the evening. Thanks :)

Welcoming staff. Small room but really clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed including a Nespresso machine and a Roberts radio. Fully equipped bar. Clean and modern bathroom with good shower pressure Excellent breakfast. Restaurant/ pub was full (Thursday evening). Really good food!

As a Central-European the building looked historicaly British. (The interior and exterior too.) The room was clean. Once we opened the window we had perfect airflow. The dinner in the restaurant was great. We had the best fish and chips there.
