We stayed quite shortly but we enjoyed it so much. Easy check in and everything was perfect. It was a little cold and the heating was easy to set up too. Would recommend 100% if you want to have a warm sleep.

Great flat! Location is a short walk to centre of town. The area is good and the building is well maintained. Beds were comfortable, living room great, kitchen well kitted out. Good bedding. Showers worked fine. Basic milk, coffee, tea, sugar provided. We were a family of 4 and everyone was comfortable and had a good sleep. Cleaning was to a high standard. Communication was clear and accessing the flat was straight forward.

The hotel was ideal for us - we were attending an event in Leeds City centre but we wanted to stay outside the city to avoid hen/stag/nightclub noise. Free parking, much cheaper than staying in the centre of Leeds. Short walk to Garforth High Street and train station (10min train into Leeds). Comfortable room, plenty of towels, pillows, fast delivery of ice to the room.

Free parking and lots of spaces which was very convenient after a long day driving, you just want to arrive, park and go in. We had a very friendly welcome at the reception and in general the overall atmosphere was great! The restaurant/bar was great, good choice of food and drinks. The breakfast was good quality, plenty of choice and all my special requests for water and cutlery were fulfilled without any issues.
