Renovated units—maximizing profitability for these six apartments within a small house. A kettle in the shared kitchen (as soon as you find where the shared kitchen is), and—fortunately—a gutter outside to hook one's bike onto. Small fridge and new shower. Low price.
One of the tenants is very effective at checking your sorting and tidying up the communal bins. Luxurious? No. For workers? Yes. There are also a few tourists in Chatham/Gillingham, keen to visit the Dockyard's magnificent ships. After a long drive—and hopefully not looking too exhausted—you’ll have to figure out (and likely scrape your hands on) the tricky blind cords. Then, you’ll have to hope the Wi-Fi password didn't pick up an extra capital letter during the copy-paste of the arrival instructions... And hope you don't spend 20 minutes checking if the error is on your end before bothering the management service. In my defense, I hadn't checked the sign that’s only visible when you’re lying down.
