We booked the Warsash Caravan for our 3 night stay in chilly February, and were really pleased with our choice. The heating worked really well and it was warm and cosy for the stay. All the fixtures, fittings, bedding, towels, kitchen equipment etc were all good quality and in excellent condition. The caravan location has a nice view to the marina and plenty to look at. We would definitely recommend a stay at the holiday park.

The reception lady was kind and so helpful and gave us a room we could book into earlier, as we were due at a funeral, and had driven a long way and needed to get ready! The room was clean and had a beautiful view, and very nice bath! We took a stroll in the grounds in the morning and there were such gorgeous ancient trees!

I had a wonderful stay here with my dog. The location is beautiful, with a lovely sea view and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent throughout, with quick and friendly responses whenever I had a question. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the coast.

This hotel has the whole package, its absolutely beautiful. The staff are all so helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is spotless and the breakfast was delicious.

The staff were excellent. They were welcoming, attentive and nothing was too much trouble including corresponding helpfully after we had left regarding lost property. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom facilities were modern and well organised. The supplied bathroom products were lovely. Breakfast offered a wide range of tasty choices and was well set out.

Bed was very comfortable,room very clean and the water pressure in the shower was perfect👌

It was exactly what I needed after a heavy day: warm room, hot shower, comfy bed, and a glass of tasty beer in the bar. I liked the thick carpet making the room and stairs quieter. Great having tea and coffee in the room, too.

Everything! The ladies who work here were extremely nice. All of the staff members actually. Bathroom was clean. Room was clean. The park near and the playground for kids were so big and really nice. I love it. I love everything actually. P.S We saw a squirrel 🥰

Excelent service and accommodation

Lovely little getaway with lots of thoughtful little touches, which were really appreciated. The host kept in touch throughout and answered my one question very promptly. The apartment was well-located for beautiful walks but also for public transport for travelling further afield. Would be very happy to return

Convenient for work, simple and clean. Pub next door serves excellent food

Excellent location , with parking, on Shore Road, so right where it's at in Warsash. Well equipped kitchenette on the property, as required, and top cafe just 50 metres away. Very clean, thoughtfully laid out, quiet and comfortable too. We stayed over Christmas, visiting family nearby, and it was a haven, with a few decorations for the festive touch! Ideal for family visits, house searchers, sailors and similar needing a night or two in Warsash.

Great location. The fixtures and fittings are of excellent quality. Hot tub is an added bonus.

The location is perfect if you just want to isolate yourself from the world and be somewhere quiet, but still very close(walking distance) to supermarket and takeaway shops and few pubs and coffee shops.The studio I stayed in has everything in the Kitchen to be able to cook and have a meal, it has even wine glasses which I was very happy about. Bed and pillows are sooo comfy! Everything I needed for a weekend away on my own. Please follow the instructions that the owner sends you as Google Maps will lead you to the main house, if you booked a studio or the lodge, you must follow the instructions from the host.

The host was 10/10. Best ever!!!
