Everything, Sue, the manageress was simply superb, helpful welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and spotless. The bed comfortable, yes bathroom and shower excellent. I had a great evening meal and lovely breakfast. It's 11 out of 10 from me

1st time of every thing in UK and stay here for 1 night of midnight late check-in but really safe when Uber took me there directly from the BRS airport. Had been in ibis HKG once for a week long years ago, so I did have some expectations about this ibis as well. Modern w/ lift, clean, size of the room, the bed, the breakfast, and the staff, these are way more beyond 3-star hotel could offer I believe ^^ Will definitely choose ibis globally. Lovely building with spacious bedroom and bathroom, all extremely clean. Decor themed with the age of the house. The breakfast room is the old school room with photos. Very interesting hosts to chat with during breakfast. Off road parking. Great for breaking our journey.

Key collectionb was very smooth and the owners very helpful. What's not to like, we are back at Cossington Park for the 3rd time.
