Rudan Guest House is an amazing place to stay! Sandra and John are lovely and welcoming hosts and create a friendly atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable and extraordinarily well equipped With fridge, toaster, micro oven etc - and plenty of snacks and goodies! The best full breakfast we have ever had! Rural and peaceful lokation volde Cycle Route 1.

I recently stayed at the Pennan Inn Hotel for one night, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. My deluxe sea-view room with an ensuite was immaculate, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the ocean—a perfect spot to unwind. The bar was cosy and welcoming, with exceptional service from the friendly bar lady. The selection of cold beverages, beers, and a top shelf brimming with malt whiskies was impressive. The menu truly surprised me with its variety of fresh, appealing dishes. I opted for the scallops, steak, and lemon posset—all of which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Breakfast the next morning was sublime—though I must admit, I did miss having a slice of haggis! The staff were helpful throughout my stay, and the free Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, which was a lifesaver as there was no mobile signal in the area. As for Pennan itself, the village is nothing short of magical. It’s beautifully isolated, picturesque, and everything you’d hope for in a coastal getaway. I highly recommend the Pennan Inn Hotel for anyone traveling or working in the region—it’s an exceptional place to stay, full of charm and character.

Absolutely blown away, photos don’t do it justice. Facilities were great, the cabin we stayed in was awesome and just the right size. Area is beautifully designed and done very well, you can see how much love goes into the place. Ann and Dougie were very welcoming & kind, giving us a tour of the place and lots of information for our stay. Games room was perfect, lots of different games to play and a great place for kids and adults.

Easy parking and good public bar. Room was great value for money, quiet and comfortable. Good WiFi signal in room to watch live football. Nice thick carpets and views out over the village / countryside. Good selection of biscuits, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, shower gels and shampoos provided.

Excellent welcome, and friendly Staff, Bar was great and reasonably Priced. Breakfast was quick and suited our needs for a lighter breakfast. Easy parking either in the small Hotel Car park, or in the main road.
