Almost everything was exceptional and the breakfast (including the extremely helpful staff, was magnificent).Good However, the 1 bad point I must mention is: I have NEVER BEFORE been to a hotel where they expect to charge £10 per night to park your vehicle in the Hotel car park.

We were visiting family.
We were visiting family. Don’t be put off by the close proximity to the airport, the flight path does not fly overhead of the hotel. The hotel is situated in its own grounds, next to a cemetery which is very quiet at all times!

Clean and spacious room was comfortable. Food fine with a reasonable choice . Unfortunately when we arrived girl on reception was not helpful . She was uncommunicative not adequately responding to questions .She couldn't be bothered or was not interested. She had an American accent. We ended up going to our room with a heavy suitcase in a circuitous and lengthy route. When we checked out the the following day we were not told that we needed a ticket for the car park barrier . This resulted in a cold walk back over an icey carpark to obtain help. Why was the ticket not offered when we checked out ?

Communication is key when staying bear airport.
Communication is key when staying bear airport..ie..where the departures are from hotel...where one can have a meal outside hotel..signage would be helpful. Only good thing at this hotel was the shuttle to departure gates but truly a waste as it was only a 5 minute walk.

Great location.
Great location. Clean, comfortable and sociable. Excellent staff. Great facilities (bar, Wi-Fi etc). Cant praise this place up enough. Visually stimulating pieces of art and niknaks. Giant chess, pool, baby football, all great stuff. Excellent pizzas! Haha…..

Hotel was clean beds comfortable, and breakfast was excellent, I have Celiac and need gluten free diet, Toby the man in the restaurant went to kitchen and 10 minutes later I had a hot fresh gluten free breakfast. Great service.
