Fabulous location close to local shops, bars etc but views of lake and sand dunes Staff couldn’t do enough, always efficient and professional with a good measure of scouse humour. Room was huge, very clean and well equipped Excellent vfm

Everything. The staff were first class and friendly without fawning. Just top class. The breakfast was great, the room clean and for us, the location was perfect. We originally booked for two nights but extended two extra because of the staff and everything else.

Easy to book. It was very last minute, so I called to ensure it was actually available. I was told there was 24 hour reception, we arrived at 2:am. It was very quick and simple to check in. The bed was very comfey. There were additonal coffee and tea available in reception too. Great.

The hotel was really clean, and the rooms were spacious. Service on arrival was amazing!

Everything the place was amazing the staff were exceptional so helpful made sure our stay was amazing.Towels where giving on request when we need new ones and bins where changed to. Bed was lovely and comfortable

A charming little home in a peaceful neighborhood, just a short walk from public transport, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It’s about 20 minutes from the city center. The bathroom was spotless and bright. Parking was easy — even when we arrived late at night, we found a space on the next street. The heating worked perfectly, and communication with the host was quick and effortless. The instructions sent the day before our arrival were clear and detailed. Four of us stayed comfortably and were very happy with our choice. Just a small note: the stairs leading to the bedrooms are quite steep and narrow, so older guests might find it a bit challenging to carry luggage upstairs. Also, the lower door lock was a bit tricky at first, but once we lifted the key slightly while turning, it opened easily. Highly recommended overall!

Decor is unique and the combination of old and new is really cool - stained glass windows in a modern and comfortable setting. Property is well kitted out with modern facilities and the beds were very comfortable. We had lots of plans during our stay, so the quiet location helped us to rest well each night. Communication from property owners was very clear, and instructions easy to follow

It was comfortable, warm and well located, we were able to cook meals and eat as the apartment had a fairly well equipped kitchen, showers had good pressure and plenty of hot water. There was enough space for the 5 of us ( three adults two kids) to sit, relax and play. Parking on the front drive was a godsend as was being on the ground floor. A nice perk was plenty of loo rolls and washing up liquid!

Quiet and all facilities clean

Everything this house has everything to offer . From an outstanding kitchen . And frontroom . The bedrooms were perfect with tv in each room, and the ensuits and garden were perfect . Emaculate clean in each, too . Couldn't fault the service and instructions. Definitely will book again in Liverpool as it was the best place we have stayed for a family visit.

Beautiful spotless, cozy home from home feel, Maxine the host does an exceptional job, lovely and down to earth, she clearly works hard to keep it he hotel in tip top condition. Nothing was too much trouble, the bed was beyond amazing. Warm cozy. When I come to visit my family I will never book elsewhere. Amazing honestly was blown away.
