Hospitality at the highet level and above. Shortly, I felt kind of adopted by Leyla's family and felt like home. Excellent and plentifull meals, very comfortable room, hot shower. Good comunication of basic things related with accomodation and even more. I was lucky to have Sandro (their son) around, who speaks a fairly good english, and discuss about more topics - it was an interesting cultural exchange. Being the last inhabited village on the valley, Girevi is very quiet and gives you the sensation of being at the 'end of the world', but still being sorrounded by the warmth and kindness of its inhabitants. One of the best attractions, or I would dare to call it even a must, is the historical village Chontio (5 km / 1.5 hours wakling up on the Atsunta Pass Path), one of the best preserved sites of this kind in Georgia. For all this fascinating villages: Dartlo, Parsma, Girevi, and above all, Chontio, this is definitely a worthwhile destination. For me, Nakudurta Hotel was also a very good choice to rest and recover before starting a 12 hours hard trip across Atsunta Pass, to Mutso.

By far the best guest house we have had in Georgia. The guest house is located just outside the village, in the nature and with a beautiful view. The rooms are simple, very clean and comfortable. Mari is a great host, her cooking is amazing and she can help with whatever request you had on Toucheti (hiking, transport, horse riding). She knows very well Toucheti and her little attentions during our stay really touched us. We will put 10 stars in her evaluation, just because there are no more stars to give!

The surroundings are absolutely stunning. Mirgvela has no other buildings, just the hostel. So you fee very disconnected (in a good way). The well kept garden has several lovely swings and chairs for looking down the valley or enjoying the wildflowers. The food was delicious and big portions. We had breakfast and dinner before hiking on. Lots of wine with the meal and more food brought all the time.

Very nice people working there! Helped us to get a taxi from Telavi, then surved a great breakfast in the morning. Pity the lady surving food doesnt speak english. Located in the center of upper Omalo with a lovely view.

Can not recommend Shina’s guest house enough. Hearty, generous and delicious meals (breakfast and dinner) that changed every day and very comfortable rooms. Natia was an amazing host and helped us with all our questions on the local area as well as arranging our transport etc. Thank you Natia!
