Beautiful property with a restaurant attached - they have their own farm so everything is local (they even make their own feta) genuinely best food we had the entire month we’ve been in Greece, they definitely set a standard you can’t find elsewhere! The rooms are traditional but beautiful definitely reminded me of Romanian traditional decor and aesthetic. The water pressure was out of this world - better than what I had at home😅huge courtyard that has amazing wifi connection. Huge free parking lot right beside the hotel with trees shading your car - really hard to miss it. They also have a huge communal kitchen with free coffee you can make yourself (however they sell a really good coffee I recommend to buy instead) they have plates, cutlery, bowls, pots, pans, etc. we bought groceries to make breakfast / lunch and such so this was great! They’re son greeted us and was so nice showed us the room, told us they left water in the fridge for us, showed me the kitchen, how to use the keys, etc. Their two sons speak a good amount of English but the parents do not. However they are the nicest people ever! The mom would say good morning to us all the time, and the dad saw us leave and we gave him the keys, and shook our hands before waving us bye. We communicated the way we could :) lovely stay 1000% recommend!!

Mary is wonderful and will make sure you'll have everything you need. The house itself is great, with everything you'll need, especially if you are planning on coming with family.

Yanis the host is super friendly and helpful. He gave us a 2 days tour plan that was wonderful. Internal design is very nicely decorated. Breakfast was reach and tasty cooked by Yanis. Location is in the heart of Zagoria. Village has 3 good restaurants. There is parking Although limited.

Our stay at Alexandros private house was wonderful. The house was completely clean, and everything was very well maintained. Communication was excellent. We received help with everything we needed, quickly and kindly. I truly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The value in comparison with what you get is phenomenal,spotless cleaning and our room was an Ideal place for a couple to rest after a long and exciting day,i really like that from the accommodation in 30min drive you could reach pretty much everything.

The highlight of the guest house was the lovely people that run it. The small balcony with view to the mountain was a great touch, and the breakfast with local homemade jams, sweets, cakes and pies was delicious. Overall, I would recommend Konstantinou & Elenis to anyone that wants to experience the Zagori hospitality.

We loved it here! Super cozy room in a very cute village. The balcony had great views and the room had everything we needed. Helpful and friendly staff. Oxya viewpoint a 15 minute drive away is a must!

I chose the place by chance, but I was incredibly pleasantly surprised by the hostess's hospitality. I travel frequently, but I've never encountered such an attitude. It's like being in the country house of a beloved family, with delicious desserts personally prepared by the hostess. It's a delight!

The entire property is very nice and comfortable, rooms were large with nice seating area and beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, eggs made to order and homemade cakes and pies. The two sister hosts are so accommodating and attentive, and gave us great tips on hikes and places to eat. We enjoyed it so much we stayed another night.

This was the nicest accomodation I’ve stayed at in terms of the condition of the hotel and extremely nice owners. When we checked in, we found out that the nearby restaruant was closed and because it was all dark already, my partner was worried about driving. So we wanted to just eat whatever snacks we had. We had some canned tuna and some dried oatmeal. So the owners were kind to offer us each a bowl with hot water so we can cook our instant oatmeal so we have some food for the night. Then upon checking into our room, the room is spacious , quiet, nicely decorated , and has a pretty ambience to it. The shower was also very unique since it shoots water out in multiple directions - from the top, neck area, stomach area, and a handheld faucet. We had a very nice restful sleep there. And for breakfast, we didnt get their buffet breakfast and ordered an expresso Freddo instead. They offered a complimentary homemade pie which was very delicious and nice of them. We had a wonderful 3-night stay with our family of five. The apartment was great, with two air-conditioned Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable and we had everything we need. The hosts were incredibly kind, and we were able to communicate easily with Google Translate. The breakfast was very good, especially the delicious homemade pies! The guesthouse is in a beautiful village, perfect for exploring the old stone bridges and hiking trails.

We loved the location, decor, and ambiance of this jewel in the mountains. It’s an excellent spot to see several bridges within walking distance and to use as a base for driving to see other towns and bridges. The owners are lovely people who also have a restaurant across the street that offers dishes from the area. It will remain one of our fondest memories of Greece.
