The villa is exactly as the pictures depict. The place was clean and is comfortable. Pan met us at check in and showed us around the Villa. The Villa was originally built by his grandfather and used as a school by his mother. It has now been converted into the Villa. The pool is awesome and our kids spent a lot of time in it. The lighting, both outside and inside, has been done very well. The bedrooms are compact but very adequate and the beds comfortable. Everything was very clean. We arrived and there was some milk and a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge. The kitchen has everything one needs including a drip coffee machine. Pan's mother cooked us a wonderful squid pasta the one night which was very tasty. The Villa is very centrally located for the area with 2 restaurants within walking distance (1 is next door). There is also a small supermarket a 5 minute walk away. Agia Effimia is a 5 minute drive away and Myrtos beach about a 15 minute drive. We would definitely book this Villa again if in the area. Pan was an amazing host.

Big room, comfortable bed. Great spot… walked to every to. Beach towels supplied. Little kitchenette. Even tho we had a studio room with no view it was a good place to stay.

Amazing place! Fantastic service and hospitality of the people working here! Super clean, nice and varied breakfast. Super convenient with the shuttle bus to and from the centre if you do not want to walk. I would definitely want to stay here again!! 😁

Fantastic location with amazing views and a short walk from Fiskardo harbour. Wonderful authentic Greek family Taverna, with an amazing atmosphere.

Location was great, very clean, very cool. We rented two studios and an apartment for a family of 8. Sofa beds in lounge were fine and fan kept room adequately cool. Shower in one studio was a bit basic but very good value for money, we would definitely return.

Gary and Anastasia were absolutely amazing hosts. They both went far and beyond what was expected....Nothing was ever too much for them. We left like old friends. The view of the apartment is breathtaking. The bed is super comfortable. You will not need anything in the apartment. Close to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back if ever in Assos. Thank you, Gary and Anastasia, for your kindness and hospitality. It was much appreciated.

The position of the apartment was exceptional: peaceful and with a magnificent view. As it was in an elevated position, there was often a gentle breeze. Our host, Anastasis, was exceptionally helpful and friendly and went out of his way to make us more comfortable. A wonderful experience.

The house was perfect. The owner has thought of everything. Airy. Beautiful. Endless balconies/ spots to sit in and observe life on the pier/ beach. Lovely yowls and sheets/pillows

A wonderful room on a hill, away from the noise. You can hear the waves at night. The view from the terrace is beautiful. In the morning, you drink coffee and look out at the sea. A bottle of chilled wine was waiting for us.

The location is great, less than 5 minutes walk down to the main beach and town square. The house stylish, comfortable and very clean. Lovely yard with pool and dining table.The communication with the hosts was very good.

This was our dream house to spend time togeyher as a family - stunning views that could be enjoyed in different spaces throughout the day. The location allowed us to walk outside for a refreshing swim straight off the pier and the views from the castle are stunning morning and at sunset. We loved Assos and the Cove!

Everything was perfect! It felt like a holiday in paradise and we hope to come back next year.

The location was perfect, easy walk to the car park, castle, or the village for dinner etc. Amazing view.
