Lovely place on the lovely island!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff Lila and Giwta. As well as the cleaner Maria. My grandmother broke her foot and they were so caring, kind and went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. It's a beautiful hotel, in a great location and very clean! Recommend 100%

This might be the nicest and cleanest apartment I've stayed in on Chios. The female staff and the landlady are very attentive. All the furnishings in the apartment are carefully selected and everything you need is provided. You really feel at home. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the center. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and has parking for small vehicles

Beautiful family owned hotel - owners where present making people feel at home Very welcoming staff - specially the concierge lady that gave us her insider tips of the island wouldnt rush to make breakfast disappear at 1030 and would leave and serve as long as we wanted the pool is magnificent - specially for kid modern aesthetic and top quality materials

Typical Greek hospitality. Everything that would be needed was present. We asked for a baby crip on our arrival and ıt was provided within minutes. The house is pretty big and the kitchen was great. So close to city center but yet the area is rather quiet. Also plenty of free parking spaces. Also very close to public beach. Very nice and kind crew.

The location is perfect, the hotel is just gorgeous, the bedroom is with high cieling and spacious beds. The staff members were really helpful and nice.

We had the sea view and witnessed amazing sun rises and sunsets. The owner and the staff are always very kind and helpful. And you can reach in a few minutes by walk to beaches and restaurants, if you want to have a chill day.

A perfect size, cozy studio apartment minutes away from the city center and all the cafes and stores. Perfect location, and you can look around for a few minutes on your way there. It has everything you might need for both short or longer stay. Well planned indoors for your convenience. A few minutes walk to a beautiful park of Chios and a supermarket probably 20 meters away! Very easy to pick up the keys if you arrive to the port by ferry, the office is literally just in front of you. Personell were helpful with all the questions that I had both online and in person.

It is a convenient location just in front of the beach. The studios are really very clean and neat. Beds are super comfortable. It’s a great place!

Very friendly house owner, helped promptly during an internet crises... Very well location close to all city center attractions. Parking is available but, in a rush holiday time might be tricky to find good spot. Clean room and bathroom, all you daily need stuff is available. Good indoor design.

A nice clean, tidy, sweet house. A bit far away from the center, but, there is a Supermarket just 2 mins away by walking where you can buy all your needs. If you are more than 4, this place will be a good decision. There is a parking place inside of area.

The property was in the beautiful Kampos area of Chios. Wonderfully and sympathetically renovated with a comfortable bed and everything you should need.

Everything about this place was absolutely perfect. Starting with the most generous host, Luca. Who was available from the beginning, answered every question and waited for us at the arrival. The apartment was completely equipped with everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect, close to the ocean, to bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, you can walk almost everywhere from the apartment and Wolt application is available for delivery to the apartment. We cannot thank Luca enough for making our stay a dream, with an amazing treatment and an amazing apartment. Five stars!

What can I say about this property? Everything was excellent! The host, the location, and the apartment itself were all perfect. First of all, the area is very convenient, with everything you need nearby. There is a parking space right next to the property entrance, which was very helpful for us. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed a lovely sea view from the balcony. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find small gifts of masticha on the bed — such a thoughtful touch! Lilia is an amazing host who truly helped us a lot during our stay. We really appreciated everything she did for us. This was our first time in Chios, and it genuinely felt like home. We highly recommend this place!

Excellent house, excellent facilities, and a truly magnificent host! Everything was thought out to the finest detail during our stay on April 9-10. The comfort of the house and the host's hospitality made our trip unforgettable; I highly recommend it to everyone.

Clean, very functional and well equipped

Access was easy but finding the property was not. We came by bus and were on foot and needed more detail as our mobile phones do not work that well. We asked local people who tried to help. We were of course dragging luggage BUT the apartment itself was fabulous. Once found all was good. Beautiful interior, well equipped, nice balcony. We had done a quick one night stay but we would love to have stayed longer. We were catching the 8am ferry to Turkey.

I have no words to describe the hospitality of the host. Easy access, large rooms, balcony with clothes rack, impeccable cleanliness, extremely clean towels and linens, bathrooms equipped with everything, kitchen with food for breakfast and water, large refrigerator, dining area, are just some of the things I appreciate. The location of the maisonette is a few hundred meters from the seafront and port of Chios, and the parking right in front is a big plus. If I were to make a ranking of my accommodations (over a hundred) this maisonette would be on the first place. I recommend it with all confidence. If I return to Chios I will definitely look for this maisonette. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
