Spacy and very comfortable room. Available space if you needed to work(had a pc also) Free Coffee in the room, A working fridge!!!! Which was a plus. And a bottle of wine was offered An underground parking which was great to put your car into. Protecting the car from heat and a safe plaCe plus almsot direct access to the room Location was very good. Just 10 mins away from chios and by the sea. Clean pool.

The view was amazing, the ceilings are very high and the bed comfortable. Very central to the town, parking lot available, and the host is great! Beautiful builfing.

It is a super clean and spacious apartment in the center, very close to the beach and port. The apartment is well equipped with all necessary things. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are free parking lots. Polina is the most perfect host ever, she is so helpful, kind and very welcoming. She even took us to the center by her car. Thank you again for the gifts from Chios. I would recommend everyone and definitely come back again with my family!

We like everything about Chios Stone House. Despina is exceptionally kind and hospitable. The accommodation is perfect: peaceful, secure, spacious, clean and centrally located. Comfortable beds, good shower, well-equipped kitchen, peaceful sun-dappled patio with table and chairs. Good WiFi; street parking just outside.

The room and the bathroom were spacious. The matress was good enough. The breakfast had a lot of options. There was a free parking space for all. The heater was working great and even during December the room was hot enough. The hot water in the bathroom was available all day long.

Very nicely appointed apartment, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good location in terms of large, free car park nearby (Chios town is a nightmare for parking!), and just a couple of minutes walk to the waterfront and all the restaurants, shops, bars etc. Hosts very helpful and flexible with regards to arrival times; we arrived very early on our second stay, and the lovely Dora came early to let us in, which we greatly appreciated after an overnight ferry journey!

The location was great. Karfas area is good and peaceful. And close to the center. The hotel has its own beach and that was great. Free parking is a plus. Thank you.
