Spacy and very comfortable room. Available space if you needed to work(had a pc also) Free Coffee in the room, A working fridge!!!! Which was a plus. And a bottle of wine was offered An underground parking which was great to put your car into. Protecting the car from heat and a safe plaCe plus almsot direct access to the room Location was very good. Just 10 mins away from chios and by the sea. Clean pool.

This is our second stay in this facility. Location is a huge plus, the house is a few meters away from the beach. Basic kitchen supplies, netflix and youtube tv, dishwasher, washing and dryer machine, refrigirator, bathroom supplies are present. Each room has it's AC. Beach and sea is clean with sand, usually not windy(must check before). There are lots of facilities for food in the perimeter. A small market is present nearby for basic daily needs. Car parking won't be a problem.

Great apartment and very helpful host.. Everything was perfect! I could relate to why people give 5 stars 😀 (close to beach, private car parking, sea view from our balcony, adequate kitchen equipment, also everything in the room was new and clean) Hope to come again another time..

It was cozy, comfortable, clean and wonderful. Location was perfect. Free parking was really close. Building has had a recent renovation, thats why every furniture and architecture was brand new. There was smart tv with netflix and youtube etc. Despina was super friendly and helpful. I can’t imagine better stay for sure.

cleaning is excellent. There is no car parking problem. A quiet living space. It is designed for home use and everything is perfect.

We like everything about Chios Stone House. Despina is exceptionally kind and hospitable. The accommodation is perfect: peaceful, secure, spacious, clean and centrally located. Comfortable beds, good shower, well-equipped kitchen, peaceful sun-dappled patio with table and chairs. Good WiFi; street parking just outside.

The room and the bathroom were spacious. The matress was good enough. The breakfast had a lot of options. There was a free parking space for all. The heater was working great and even during December the room was hot enough. The hot water in the bathroom was available all day long.

Very nicely appointed apartment, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good location in terms of large, free car park nearby (Chios town is a nightmare for parking!), and just a couple of minutes walk to the waterfront and all the restaurants, shops, bars etc. Hosts very helpful and flexible with regards to arrival times; we arrived very early on our second stay, and the lovely Dora came early to let us in, which we greatly appreciated after an overnight ferry journey!

The location was great. Karfas area is good and peaceful. And close to the center. The hotel has its own beach and that was great. Free parking is a plus. Thank you.
