The location is perfect, close to the ocean, to bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, you can walk almost everywhere from the apartment and Wolt application is available for delivery to the apartment. We cannot thank Luca enough for making our stay a dream, with an amazing treatment and an amazing apartment. Five stars!

Situated in Karfás and only 200 metres from Karfas Beach, Iris Studios Chios features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel has family rooms. The owners of the Hotel, Petros and Chara, were extremely helpful and friendly. The help Gul was incredible and super nice. I highly recommend the Hotel. It is also just by one of the nicest beaches of Chios; Karfas where you can find amazing restaurants and cafeterias by the sea and around.

This was our first time in Chios and stayed two nights in room Skinos. It was a nice and well equipped loft apartment with amazing balcony view of Karinta bay. Panagiotis, Maria and their lovely family were an amazing host. Apartment was basically brand new and spotless clean. We didnt have a chance to try their breakfast but home made pizza by Maria was just amazing. Welcoming and farewell were also so memorable. They paid attention all little details we comment and as we least expected saw them in action. Karinta Beach is walking distance although we didnt have a chance to swim as we were also trying to explore a town called Mesta and Mavra Volia a beach with volcanic rocks. A car is a must to arrive to apartments and part of the road might be too tight to drive. But it is totally worthed. We would definitely go back. Thank Panagiotis and Maria for a memorable time.
