New facilities and very clean

The staff was very polite, the breakfast was delicious and very nice exposed .The breakfast hall is so kind designed .For me is the best hotel in Ioaninna we have stayed much far, worth of money

Everything was perfect about the property. The best place around best view and best host I have ever been

Michalis and his parents made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. In many years of traveling, my fried and I have never encountered kinder or more generous hosts. I was tired after a long drive and followed the Google Map directions, which took me to the church near his house. Michalis walked down to show me the way and offered to drive my car up and around to the parking space since the village streets are steep and very narrow. (Tip, confirm the coordinates rather than using the location Google Maps shows because there is an easier route.) fHis parents kindly brought homemade treats to supplement the already well stocked kitchen and were available throughout our stay. The apartment itself is very comfortable. We used both beds and we both slept well. Everything worked and we were grateful for the heat on chilly April nights. The WiFi was fast and reliable. The location was great for visiting the archaeological site at Dodona and we loved the view overlooking the ancient theater to the beautiful mountains around. We also really enjoyed our lunch at "Με...Ρακi" in the neighboring village of Dodoni. I wish I could give it more than 10 points!

It was a clean house and well equipped. The host were wonderful and brought some vegetables and fruit from their garden

The apartment was spacious and it fits 6 people comfortably. Excellent for people who want to spend a few days in Ioannina and explore the town and the surrounding villages and nature. Very beautiful!

Our stay at Amazing Deluxe Apartment was truly exceptional. Every aspect of our experience surpassed our expectations. The apartment's modern design and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The owners, was the epitome of Greek hospitality, making us feel like long-lost friends from the moment we stepped through the door.

The place was one of the best non hotel accommoodations that we ever visited. Clean and having everything you need for your stay. An extra was the Nespresso coffee machine and the capsules. TV in both rooms. The owner offered us a bigger more comfortable flat without additional charge. Highly recommended !!!

Everything was excellent, and run by a wonderful family. I have stayed in many accommodation through booking.com all over the world over the years and have never had a nicer host.

The lady at the reception was super nice and gave us everything we needed to cook

everything, the size, the facilities, the host
