The personel is very polite, helpful and will fill all your request if possible, also give all needed and asked informoation regarding your stay in Meteora region, or other places you want to visit.

The staff was very helpful. They provided us an upgrade of the room to have a view. The pool was excellent. The breakfast was rich and diverse.
