We loved the beautiful environment, peaceful atmosphere, and charming traditional setting. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The staff were beyond helpful with all our wishes. Had a great and comfortable stay, wonderful outside area with the pool!

The room was spetacular, well decorated, impecable, gorgeous bed and shower. Very well located. Breakfast was awesome, thank you Maria! The outside garden/orchard is a masterpiece, with fruits, butterflies and bouganvilles... No doubt a special place in a special town.

Yannis and the team are incredibly welcoming and care for the needs of their guests. We were very happy with our stay at the resort and the facilities. The location is convenient as it is equidistant between Sparta and Mystras archeological site. The food, decor of the main hotel building, services and spa are all first class. Highly recommended

What a beautiful mansion, in an authentic village. The way up there is nothing to compare with. Everything you could possible need is available. From balcony to patio and garden. Kitchen well equipped and a cooling to feed a football team. Many thanks for the host, helpfull and available in times of need. We had a great time in this marvelous and beautiful surrounding. Big house with lots of space to safely park our bikes. Clean, comfortable, quiet. The host was very nice, even left us some local sweets.

Extremely warm welcome! We got a bottle of wine, a bottle of local olive oil and a bar of chocolate. And even our dog got some snacks and proper bowls, which was especially pleasant after using tourist ones while being on a road trip. The house and the place itself was amazing, very nice touches, very beautiful.And the host even offered to take us to the castle!

Our stay at the Aesthetic Delight – Stone Villa in Mystras was truly exceptional. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The rooms were very spacious, making it perfect for our group of eight family members and friends. The view from the villa was absolutely magnificent—one of those sights you never get tired of. The owner was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed anything, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and felt completely at home. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area.

An amazing fully equipped apartment with a big garden, parking area, kitchen, bedroom, salon and bathroom. Everything was clean, there were two air conditioners and a boiler for hot water. The WiFi connection was strong enough. The area is super calm and private. The apartment is 10 minutes by foot to reach the Mystras village central square. Nice as for families so for the solo travelers.

Mrs Angeliki was an excellent hostess. She met all our needs and even surprised us with a welcome treat both for the kids and the grown ups. Her house is lovely offering all one needs to cook if interested. The kids really enjoyed playing in the garden and we all loved exploring the adjacent land with the orange trees. We highly recommend this property to all who are interested in a relaxing holiday.

We were there for Christmas, so it's a perfect place for a family celebration. The fireplace, beautiful views, and quiet just make the holiday even more special. The hosts, Panos and his sister, are very kind. I highly recommend them!

I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing location, very clean and with a cute cat. It is a wonderful place to stay on vacation with the family.

The house was beautiful, spacious and elegant with lovely old furniture. The highlight was the sunny balcony with perfect views to the nearby ancient city of Mistras on it’s rocky knoll and astonishing extensive views over the wider landscape. The house is located on the edge of the pleasant village of Pikoulianika with an excellent traditional restaurant. From here waymarked footpaths take you to Mistras and up into the hills. We would have liked more time to explore them. Yanis was very friendly and kindly left us bottles of their Mistras Estates olive oil. He met us in the village and took us to the villa. Don’t try to use the www.booking.com map, it was completely wrong!! We arrived to a very welcome roaring fire. It was cold and wet that day. Efharisto poli Yanis! We would love to come back again and find out more about the wildflowers in your olive groves, and how you manage them.

One of the best places we’ve ever been to. Extremely clean and fully equipped: it’s got everything you need, and even more. The hospitality of the hosts is the highest possible.

Definitely the best accommodation in our 14-day trip in Greece (mostly the Peloponnesus peninsula), where together with our company we booked 10 properties in 8 different locations. There's everything you need for your long stay. It's perfect for the group of 8. You'll have enough space for everyone. The 270-degree view from the balcony is outstanding. The hosts left us a welcome compliment - grapes from their farm. The communication was fast with useful recommendations on what to visit. I'd write much more, but it's better if you go to see for yourself. The property is new on Booking, so maybe the price won't stay the same for a very long time. So - hurry up! :)
