Gorgeous Boutique style hotel perched in the mountain. Lovey decor and feel to the hotel. Friendly helpful staff. The suite was lovely and well equipped. Breakfast on a lovely patio with gorgeous views was very good with options to choose from . So relaxing with beautiful views from pool area.

From the moment we arrived, our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. The location is absolutely perfect, offering seamless and immediate access to a beautiful beach and beach bar (Serenya beachlounge), which made our vacation incredibly relaxing. Our room and the common areas were spotlessly maintained and clean throughout our stay. We experienced warm hospitality and exceptional service. All staff was always smiling, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and offered a great variety of options to start our day perfectly. Overall, my experience as a guest exceeded all expectations. Every single detail was handled with care, making it an unforgettable getaway. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a flawless stay and I can't wait to return!

Breath taking location. The most relaxing 3 days. Will be back for longer.

Although the weather was not to our advantage, the services, the kindness of the staff, the impeccable quality that I found here, certainly make me return to them.

Excellent location to the airport, up a hill surrounded by olive trees. A quick walk into town 20 minutes. Bedroom and balcony were lovely. Swimming pool was an added bonus and the staff were very friendly.

The place is spacious and comfortable, the garden is mazing, the location is perfect as it is in a very quiet neighbourhood. Both Takis and his wife are very welcoming and helpful

A very confortable and restly house with all amenities and with a magnificient view and a wonderful pool. You are a little bit out of the city (you need a car), so it is very calm. Katerina is a great host, very available and answering every questions we had. I recommend 100% Lazareta's house.

The view is phenomenal, the city center is very near (15min walk) and the apartment had everything you can possibly need!

We realy enjoyed like at home.Lady Eleni very kind person.She cooks great. Always ready to.help if we need.Inside very clean and all that you need for pleasent stay.Outside paradise. Véranda and big court with trees .I made yoga every morning.outside.The airport is close but.for my family with boy 2 years old and me were no problem.The position is 5km from the city.But I walked by foot crossing nice lake.Of course if you use sport.We went to the nearest beach with car.WE liked it but attention the price at the small cafétéria ..two coffe and juce je 17 euro.

Apostolis was waiting for us to arrive at the property. Upon arrival, he was very nice and helped us bring in our belongings.

I highly recommend this accommodation. I traveled with my family and we were very satisfied with the two double rooms with sea view. The panorama from the room is amazing, and Magda did everything possible to make us feel welcome, including giving us great recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, and beaches.

Experience to repeat! We left the Punta hotel today with a heavy heart. We had a really great time. The reception is very precise, attentive and welcoming. The cleanliness is impeccable. The staff is always helpful and kind. One evening, even though we had arrived after the scheduled dinner time, they understood our inconvenience (along a very steep descent the brakes of the rented scooter had broken) and they still allowed us to have dinner (and they made sure we were fine). Both the pool and the private beach are fantastic. The private beach in particular is a corner of paradise. The pool bar is very nice and well-equipped, the dishes and cocktails are very good. The view from the hotel is breathtaking and the location is also perfect (having rented a scooter we had a great time). We felt at home. We can't wait to go back there!

The owner (Katerina) was so sweet and lovely. If we had any questions she was so helpfull. The thing I really liked it was wery clean, the villa was by it self so it was private with no houses on top. The pool was clean, and the whole meaning with the trip/holiday was relaxation, something I really got beacause of the sorroundings/area. And off course the house cat Donna ❤️

Oh my goodness....I cannot rate this place high enough it was the best ever. Nicolas and his cleaners were amazing. The villa was kept immaculate every day. We were there during Storm Daniel and given the circumstances felt very safe and in good hands. We were very humbled to see how the locals cleared all the debry from the almighty Storm Daniel and most places were back up and running after a few days....incredible. The Skiathos people are so warm, kind and hard working. We love Skiathos and we would definately recommend Thalasses Villas....we wil be back. Thank you so much. Sam, Jan & Billy.

The view is exceptional both day and night. I had peace and privacy. The pool and the hottube are perfect. Areti was nice and efficient, any advice I asked for. For a 5-day vacation of a family with 4 children, it was a perfect oasis of peace and relaxation. I would come back anytime.

Clean, fresh, spacious the views were amazing

Very nice room with new modern AC, a new fridge and furniture overall was new and clean. The garden was very beautiful and peaceful especially with the adorable cats.
