The location was absolutely perfect on a flat property set back from the main road so very tranquil and only moments from the #16 bus stop.Our room was huge with a kitchenette, bed and sitting area and in-suite bathroom was all new and large. Balcony area was a great size which also included a hanging area for wet beach towels etc. Having a pool with decent lounges/umbrellas for the times you just want to lounge by the pool instead of the beach was lovely. Staff were super friendly with great recommendations and breakfast was always a good choice of different foods.So many different tavernas close by to choose from and a great beach across the road made this accommodation absolutely perfect. As our first to this island, we felt like we’d really hit the jackpot with our choice of accommodation. No wonder there were so many return guests staying here!

The environment was stunning, and we immediately felt like part of the family that runs the accomadtion. Everyone was so kind and cheerful, especially Rena. Everybody were also very patient with my attempts to speak Greek. The rooms were always beautifully cleaned. We loved the gorgeous pool and the chilled beer served with delicious fried nuts. Every evening, there was fantastic entertainment and great fun, which didn’t affect the noise level in our room at all because Koukias is so well-designed. We enjoyed the sounds of donkeys and cicadas, which added to the wonderful atmosphere. If we visit Skiathos again, it will definitely be here.

The place is spacious and comfortable, the garden is mazing, the location is perfect as it is in a very quiet neighbourhood. Both Takis and his wife are very welcoming and helpful

Great location on the waterside with easy access to airport & town. You would need to rent a car or access taxis for town. All the staff & liaison team were helpful & friendly

Very modern clean and great location

Excellent apartment in a great position, few minutes walk to the town.We caught a taxi from the airport (10 euros)to bus stop 0 as we had missed the bus and the owners met us and carried our luggage for us. Wonderful stay and owners

We stayed at Villa Katerina for a week in August. The villa is perfect for 6 people, the spaces are large, well cared for in every detail. The outdoor area with the swimming pool is truly wonderful. The house is very clean (not only upon arrival, but also during the week of stay they came to clean the house and the swimming pool). Finally, the owner, Katerina, is extremely helpful and very kind to guests.

We realy enjoyed like at home.Lady Eleni very kind person.She cooks great. Always ready to.help if we need.Inside very clean and all that you need for pleasent stay.Outside paradise. Véranda and big court with trees .I made yoga every morning.outside.The airport is close but.for my family with boy 2 years old and me were no problem.The position is 5km from the city.But I walked by foot crossing nice lake.Of course if you use sport.We went to the nearest beach with car.WE liked it but attention the price at the small cafétéria ..two coffe and juce je 17 euro.

Villa was clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. Antonis was a great help when we needed. The pool was cleaned every morning and the cleaner came everyday and did a fabulous job including fresh bed linen and towels mid week. She even washed up!

Katerina was truly a very friendly host, always available and willing to respond by message or phone. She recommended restaurants and places that you shouldn’t miss if you come to Skiathos. We arrived without any problems, with Katerina waiting for us to welcome us, just as she did when we left. The villa is 5 minutes from the center by car. (I recommend renting a car.) A beautiful villa, exactly as pictured, with a breathtaking view overlooking the entire town of the island and the airplanes. The pool was very clean. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds. The kitchen was modern and well equipped with everything we needed. I can’t wait to be back there again!!!

The location is perfect very quiet and peaceful overlooking skopolos island. You can watch the boats coming and going from your private infinity pool. The view from your bedroom when you wake up is amazing. It more than exceeded our expectations.
