Family hotel with friendly service and pleasant surprises La Grotta Hotel Zakynthos The room was exactly like in the pictures. We sincerely thank the manager for giving us room 303 with a large terrace and sunbeds (in 06/2026). And of course, the most important thing we received was a fantastic view of the bay. The room amenities with 2 types of pillows - thick and thin - are invaluable! Breakfast was by choice - a type of coffee, a type of juice, eggs with bacon or an omelet, fruit salad with Greek yogurt, and of course bread with butter and jam. We sincerely thank Adriano from Albania for his polite service. He even brought breakfast to my husband in our room every day. We also thank the polite girl at the reception, who was always helpful, and we were touched by the small gift upon leaving the hotel. We are very grateful for the free boat trip to the Blue Caves and Shipwreck. (+) There is free parking near the hotel. (+) There are many shops around the hotel - groceries, souvenirs, clothing, and others. (+) Every hotel guest had a 10 percent discount at the La Storia restaurant, which is located on the beach. Of course, last but not least, you can take amazing photos both in the evening and in the morning at sunrise. From Filip and Galina Ganchev
