Francoise and Pascale were the best hosts we’ve ever had. Attentive, warm and incredibly detail oriented, every aspect of our stay was perfect. The charm of the place is outstanding. Very nice apartment with all necessary facilities. The village has all shops needed as well (bakery, supermarket, meat shop, restaurants, bar). It's way more quiet and special than staying closer to the beach. The hospitality of the host was a good extra as well.

We initially planned to stay three nights at this exceptional hotel – but since we enjoyed it so much, we spontaneously extended our stay for another four nights. We travel a lot and consider this property to be one of the best boutique hotels we have ever experienced. The location is unique – peaceful and idyllic in the countryside, perfect for relaxation. The rooms are luxurious and tastefully decorated. The entire estate impresses with its elegant atmosphere and beautiful pool area. Dinner is a true delight: individually prepared with fresh ingredients, some of them from the hotel’s own production. The welcome is warm, and the service is outstanding. You can feel the owners’ passion, enthusiasm, and genuine friendliness in every detail – qualities that money simply can’t buy. Anyone looking for tranquility, luxury, quality, and heartfelt hospitality will find it all here. We can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful place.

We had a delightful time at the house and would want to come back for sure. We were two families, total of 12 people + 2 dogs, and the property was truly ideal for this kind of setup. Everything is well thought of, clean, equipped, new, and nicely designed. The pool and the pool area are a huge bonus and such a joy to spend time around. Hosts were really nice and friendly to us, and their dog Luna was beautiful. Definitely stay here if you are visiting Istra!

Apartment was clean, kitchen very well equiped. Mrs. Anka welcomed us with a smile even at 10 PM. In the morning, we had breakfast in the sunshine, and she was so kind that she even brought us a homemade cake she had baked. The location is very quiet, with no cars — the only thing that wakes you up is the true Croatian village atmosphere. We rate it 10/10, everything was perfect, and we definitely recommend it.
