Classic family-run Italian hotel! The bed was super comfortable, the room and bathroom spotless and the evening meal was excellent. I can’t fault it for the price! It’s very convenient for the motorway but also in a quiet spot.

We had an Italian breakfast with excellent coffee, warm croissants were already waiting for us on the table. The accommodation is in a great location near the highway.

Riccardo and Anastasia were fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are large and there is efficient air conditioning, which was great as it was very hot. There is also a communal area with suggestions of things you can do in the area. We wouldn't have found the Bagni San Filippo by ourselves. The garden is beautiful and there are lots of loungers available. There is a copious breakfast and although we were leaving at 6 on the final morning, Riccardo insisted that we still have breakfast. We would certainly go back.

Our stay at Podere Grotta Antica was an unforgettable experience. The property is set in a magical location with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. It is run by an incredibly kind and generous family, who have clearly poured their heart and soul into the place. And it shows in every little detail. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. Everything feels well-planned and made for true relaxation. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding – homemade yogurt, fresh eggs, pastries, local cheeses and jams, all served on the most beautiful tableware we’ve ever seen. Each morning felt like a celebration. We were also lucky to enjoy a delicious homemade dinner prepared by the hostess herself, using fresh local ingredients – a true taste of Tuscany. The host was always ready to help with anything and gave us excellent recommendations for nearby towns and sights to visit, which truly enriched our stay.

This place exceeded all my expectations! The house and the entire property look like something out of an Italian movie – surrounded by beautiful nature, a lovely garden, and their own vineyards. The pool is stunning, very clean, and made of high-quality stone, which adds a touch of luxury to the whole experience. The owners are wonderful young people who welcomed us so warmly and made us feel at home. Breakfast was nicely served and thoughtfully prepared. By far the most beautiful accommodation I’ve ever stayed at – truly idyllic! 💛

We liked the apartment. The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable beds. The children especially liked the pools and the animals. Every morning and evening they went to visit the pigs, donkey, goats and sheep.

Very clean and large apartment in quiet street. Welcoming host. We could leave our (dirty) bikes in the very clean hall, which was very kind. A wonderful view from the bedroom!

I stayed here for one night and found it to be very clean and modern — exactly what I needed for a short stopover. The location was great, being just a short walk from the train station, as well as a few bars and shops, which made things really convenient.

One of the most enjoyable hotels we've stayed in. Convenient location, free parking in a closed courtyard, beautiful comfortable room, spectacular romantic garden, extremely kind owners, excellent breakfast with all the finest ingredients, especially the wonderful cakes made by the owner.

Everything was amazing. Very comfortable and cosy and clean. The staff were also really kind and friendly and they provide great breakfast! The environment was also really cosy and we enjoyed exploring the area. There is also a jacuzzi for guests to enjoy and a private parking lot which was really helpful. There can be some bugs and insects around and the owners were really thoughtful to place mosquito nets on the unit windows to prevent them from getting in, that was great!

Everything was very good. The apartment was large and very comfortable. The beds were also excellent and gave us a good sleep each night. Staff were excellent; kind and attentive. Location is also super for touring around the medieval villages and towns in and around Chiusi.

Property is very close to highway and in the same time on isolated huge property, centrally located to main points of interest for visit of this part of Tuscany. Peaceful and scenic stay to recommend. We will be back for sure.

The location is beautiful and quiet, with views of olive groves and vineyards that I truly enjoyed. Even in late autumn, the setting was peaceful and the air was clear. It's a great base for exploring the area, but for me, it was a perfect escape. My room was clean, comfortable, and warm. Breakfast was standard and more than sufficient. They have their own vineyards and although the restaurant was closed during my stay, the staff organised small tasting of their awesome wine and olive oil (very fresh - this year's pressing and excellent). I would highly recommend

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were attentive, and everything was very clean and well maintained.

Beautiful house with not too many rooms, very big swimming pool, a soccer field for the kids and the most beautiful surroundings. Serena and Roberto and the other staff made every effort for us to feel like at home, we spent there a week and a half, and we felt so good there that we didn't want to leave. There are many things to do and visit nearby, Montepulciano wineries, Pienza, Monticiello, Perugia, Orvieto, the Lake Trasimeno and many others. You had a typical Italian breakfast with many cakes and cookies to choose from, and you could also have dinner if you wanted, which was composed of antipasto, a first course, second course and desert, and of course you could have some of their own wine to accompany the meal.
