It's a lovely, cosy apartment in a small village. Parking is within walking distance. Rooms are clean and surrounding area is nice.

Absolutely beautiful property, with an incredible view. The photos do not do it justice! The garden is lovely and there is a patio too with table and chairs. Very clean property, extra touches such as tea and coffee, good kitchen, washing machine, drying racks. 5 minutes walk to old town Chiusi. Short drive, or 40 minute walk to train station. Taxis run and there is a bus stop in the car park 2-5 min walk away from the apartment. Andrea the host was absolutely incredible. He is a very lovely man, who went out of his way to help us check in at a more appropriate time and directions for a taxi - fabulous communication prior to staying. He gave us tailored advice of what to see and do in Chiusi. Fluent English and truly such a lovely host. On booking, I was put off by some reviews that this was a basement apartment -Do not be put off; it is situated on a hill, and this is the lower level of the apartment; it felt entirely separate - different entrances etc. We loved every minute - thank you Andrea!

Everything was very good. The apartment was large and very comfortable. The beds were also excellent and gave us a good sleep each night. Staff were excellent; kind and attentive. Location is also super for touring around the medieval villages and towns in and around Chiusi.

San Gregorio is an absolutely amazing place. The hospitality from Marika is exceptional and makes you feel welcome right away. It’s a perfect escape into nature – peaceful, quiet, and truly refreshing from everyday life. The place also offers a beautiful glimpse into farm life, with plenty of space and a variety of animals (pigs, a donkey, a peacock), which makes the experience even more special. The natural swimming pool is definitely a highlight – truly unique and refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, nature, and an authentic countryside experience.

Best apartment we have stayed in on our month long visit to Italy. The host has his finger on the pulse and provides not only a first class place to stay but a large range of food and drink to purchase within the apartment. Very modern and delightfully decorated. A full sized apartment witb large rooms. A must stay in a centrally located spot for touring.

We had a superb and unforgettable stay during the whole week. Sonia and Alessio (and Kevin!) treated us in a perfect way. They made great recommendations for visits, served delicious homemade local food (breakfast and dinner), and most importantly: they made our family feel welcome from the first minute, and were incredibly attentive and helpful. The location is stunning, staying in a charming and super clean guesthouse, with perfect views on the Tuscan hills. The location is also ideal for trips to medieval towns. Options for charging EV are available on site and nearby. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we left with gratitude and sweet memories. Warmly recommended!

This place exceeded all my expectations! The house and the entire property look like something out of an Italian movie – surrounded by beautiful nature, a lovely garden, and their own vineyards. The pool is stunning, very clean, and made of high-quality stone, which adds a touch of luxury to the whole experience. The owners are wonderful young people who welcomed us so warmly and made us feel at home. Breakfast was nicely served and thoughtfully prepared. By far the most beautiful accommodation I’ve ever stayed at – truly idyllic! 💛
