Instead of a standard room for two, we got a Family Room for the same price. We didn't book breakfast, we missed it, but of course we had breakfast at the hotel (breakfast is excellent). When checking out, breakfast was free.

Everything was great, the staff members were Nice and friendly, they are also helpful and I appreciate the location.

Great position, easy from the station but in a nice little street full of restaurants and ten minute walk to the Duomo Room was great with lovely view and all staff were helpful and charming. Breakfast was really good in a very pleasant room

Beautiful room with extra comfy bed, well equipped bathroom and loads of extras. The restaurant was very light and airy with a wonderful breakfast and the Artemesia bar was warm and cosy. Brilliant gym. Most of all, friendly helpful staff.

Loved the location! It's very close to the Cathedral of Santa Maria. We booked a 2 bedroom in the hotel, but upon our arrival they suggested we stay in one of their many apartments around their hotel. The apartment was a 2 minute walk from the main hotel in the most adorable little building. It was huge with a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed.

This villa was an absolute gem on our little Italian tour. Modern yet welcoming, it offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless, and the hotel provided plenty of towels, slippers, toiletries—everything. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. Private parking was a great convenience. The staff were incredibly helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. But the absolute highlight was the breakfast! There was a great variety of both sweet and savory options, a good coffee machine, and even a juice maker—a very pleasant surprise and perfect for a morning boost of vitamins.

The building used to be a family home. It is beautiful! The room is spacious and very comfortable The neighborhood is beautiful, too! Not far from the city center, but away from the buzz enough that you feel you are at the countryside of Tuscany. There is a parking lot Breakfast is good and the staff is ready to help in any way they can! And there is an elevator, which may not be common in hotels in Italy I give it a 10!
