Fantastic athmosphere, lovely staff

The owner is such lovely, beautiful nature around and breathtaking views

The location is beautiful and quiet, with views of olive groves and vineyards that I truly enjoyed. Even in late autumn, the setting was peaceful and the air was clear. It's a great base for exploring the area, but for me, it was a perfect escape. My room was clean, comfortable, and warm. Breakfast was standard and more than sufficient. They have their own vineyards and although the restaurant was closed during my stay, the staff organised small tasting of their awesome wine and olive oil (very fresh - this year's pressing and excellent). I would highly recommend

Beautiful surroundings exceptional building set in the middle of nowhere just surrounded by fields. Accommodation very good, meals very good. And Robertos own wine very good we even bought some bottles to take away with us. NB.. Do not turn up before 15.00 hrs as Roberto will not open gates for you & will ask you to come back later, we experienced this when lost & we rang him for directions (14.20 hrs) we just needed to know where we nearby as it happened we were 2 minutes away.. we popped into a little bar to have a drink and arrived at hotel around 16.00 hrs.

Piece of heaven on earth , great value for families and loner travvelers , breath taking nature . shiny clean outside and inside , warm host that is very helpful and very responsive for questions , she sent me her whatsapp right away and the communication was wonderful. its to have a casle with modern furniture for a fraction of a cost .

Fabulous, beautifully restored, modern fittings and furnishings. Bed very comfortable, quiet at night. Dinner was exquisite

Everything is fantastic!!! 👍

Great value for money! The staff was very nice, (with the exception of one lady) Very clean Vintage look!

Super friendly and nice couple, running this B&B in a stunning old property. You can clearly see that everything is made with love and passion. The building, the rooms and the overall property has charm and you'll get the full Tuscany experience.

Beautiful place, comfortable stay. Wonderful swimming pool.

Everything about this place was out of heaven! The staff is more than welcoming, everything is super clean, the breakfast is delicious, the garden, view, pool, everything! Dorel and his wife made sure everyone feels in heaven in this place, will definitely come back!

We liked the apartment. The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable beds. The children especially liked the pools and the animals. Every morning and evening they went to visit the pigs, donkey, goats and sheep.

Great location and comfy bed, good supply of the basic essentials for cooking, lovely garden to sit in to take in the late afternoon sunshine, clean, well maintained. A friendly welcome when we arrived.

We stayed for 10 nights in the large apartment with two bedrooms. The building is a 200-year-old farmhouse, which gives the place a lot of charm, character, and atmosphere. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There were also extra pillows and blankets in the closets. Towels were changed midstay without us having to ask for it. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful, with breathtaking views. The pool is large and very well maintained. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. The nearest supermarket and restaurants are about a 15-minute drive away in Chiusi. The location is perfect for visiting the nearby villages and exploring Tuscany. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Serena’s B&B is placed in between Umbria and Toscana. Val D’orcia is only an hour away and the Trasimeno lake is less than 40 mins away. The area is incredibly quiet, with a beautiful view of the valley. The property is carefully furnished, we felt both at home and also inspired by the stylish choices in the house. Serena’s kindness is immediately apparent, she made us feel at home right away and it felt like being welcomed by a relative rather than a B&B owner, while also giving us all the space and privacy to enjoy our stay. Her breakfast was delicious and we loved being able to try something a little different everyday. Overall, I am so so happy with the kindness and attitude of both Serena and her husband Riccardo, their advice on places to visit and the small chats before breakfast. The pictures don’t do justice to this place, the property also has access to a swimming pool and it gives you a view of the valley. I know I will miss the breakfast in the garden and the afternoon read by the pool. I can only look forward to the next time we come back!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here. You could tell this is a family run business with a lot of care put in. We loved the personalised touches - for example one day we had gone on a long run and missed lunch but there was lovely salad and wine waiting for us at a table once we came back. The owner showed us the vegetable garden and let us pick our rocket leaves for the salad in the evening. The waitress stayed chatting to us about living in London after her shift was done. It was very professional, friendly, clean and with personal touches. The garden and the surrounding area was a tranquil Tuscan green. Loved it.

Swiming pool was perfect. Host clean ir every day. We have conditioner in our room.

Excellent location, beautiful property with well stocked kitchen, clean and spacious bath and bedroom. The host is experienced, friendly and very helpful with every question you might have. The pool and cats are a plus.
