Everything was very good. The apartment was large and very comfortable. The beds were also excellent and gave us a good sleep each night. Staff were excellent; kind and attentive. Location is also super for touring around the medieval villages and towns in and around Chiusi.

The most beautiful location, just a 5 minute drive from Chiusi. Wonderful little town. The owner and the whole staff were so nice, offering us a wonderful stay. The breakfast was fantastic, fresh omelette made by order everyday. Wonderful sunsets views. The room was romantic, we loved that there was no TV, so you really get some peace and tranquility! We will definitely return!

The stunning scenery and pool was just amazing. Paul and judyta were the best hosts and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Pauls food was some of the best we have had in Italy on our 4 week trip just spectacular.

Beautiful surroundings exceptional building set in the middle of nowhere just surrounded by fields. Accommodation very good, meals very good. And Robertos own wine very good we even bought some bottles to take away with us. NB.. Do not turn up before 15.00 hrs as Roberto will not open gates for you & will ask you to come back later, we experienced this when lost & we rang him for directions (14.20 hrs) we just needed to know where we nearby as it happened we were 2 minutes away.. we popped into a little bar to have a drink and arrived at hotel around 16.00 hrs.

This place exceeded all my expectations! The house and the entire property look like something out of an Italian movie – surrounded by beautiful nature, a lovely garden, and their own vineyards. The pool is stunning, very clean, and made of high-quality stone, which adds a touch of luxury to the whole experience. The owners are wonderful young people who welcomed us so warmly and made us feel at home. Breakfast was nicely served and thoughtfully prepared. By far the most beautiful accommodation I’ve ever stayed at – truly idyllic! 💛

San Gregorio is an absolutely amazing place. The hospitality from Marika is exceptional and makes you feel welcome right away. It’s a perfect escape into nature – peaceful, quiet, and truly refreshing from everyday life. The place also offers a beautiful glimpse into farm life, with plenty of space and a variety of animals (pigs, a donkey, a peacock), which makes the experience even more special. The natural swimming pool is definitely a highlight – truly unique and refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, nature, and an authentic countryside experience.

Great host, Carolina assisted us a lot, gave recomendations, breakfasts were great, we had very pleasant stay. Thank you Carolina omce again! Lacation is also great and property is very nice.

Perfect location - beautiful views. The property is absolutely stunning, large pool and breathtaking views. Our host was great, nothing was too much trouble, even surprising us with Aperol spritz and local snacks! He provided us with a map of the local area and plenty of recommendations for vists and restaraunt recommendations. All the amenities we needed for our stay were provided. Quiet surroundings made for a relaxing stay for the whole group. Property has several rooms but we didn’t hear any other guests.

This place is a Tuscan dream come true! Borgo Melograno enchants from the very first moment – peace, stunning views, beautifully equipped interiors, and a pool perfect for lazy mornings with a good book. The owners are amazing – they treated us to their own wine and grapes and shared tips that led us to hidden local gems. We simply didn’t want to leave!

Very cozy and clean apartment with a big and lovely garden. Especially liked the pergola where the breakfast was served by the host. The hosts were very friendly and helpful by providing a lot of useful information. Also liked the big and clean pool.

Excellent location, beautiful property with well stocked kitchen, clean and spacious bath and bedroom. The host is experienced, friendly and very helpful with every question you might have. The pool and cats are a plus.

The villa was amazing. We had a wonderful time staying there. The outdoor swimming pool has a great view on surrounding hills. It has no close neighbours and far enough from the road. We were 11 friends staying there for 9 days. We were greeted by Emiliano who was a great host and available if we needed anything. The villa has a well-equipped and big kitchen making it easy to prepare meals for our big group. The villa lies close to the small and lovely town of Chiusi and was a good base for exploring Umbria and South Tuscany.
