Such a picturesque and lovely stay in Tuscany! Very authentic village feel with modern amenities. The beds are firm but comfortable, the two bedroom apartment was enough space for four adults, the breakfast was simple and delightful. We cooked dinner ourselves one night and ate on the patio with a view and it was amazing. Dinner at the restaurant was very special. Overall so lovely with very kind staff. And the location is great to explore nearby towns.

Everything! Calm and beautiful atmosphere and amazing food! The pool was much appreciated by the whole family as it was 35 degrees outside. Stunning sunsets, air conditioning in the rooms (not apartments) and very helpful personnel. Most knew English which made everything easier. The best Italian breakfast we came across during our stay in Italy (not fond of the sweet breakfast concept idea).

Lorenzo made everything ready for us, and was extremely helpful, and everyone at the reception were sweet and always willing to give us the best tips and help us with bookings. Housekeeping was amazing and the staff were very sweet and polite. The restaurant alone, was worth our visit!!! Best food we had in Italy, especially the truffle pasta and the creme brulee. And lastly, everyone from the breakfast team were kind and always smiling,serving coffee and eggs on order. Overall an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to come back!

Excellent location, in a remote village in the middle of Chianti region. The place is rather large, with many rooms (at least ten). Room was ok, but it was on the 3rd floor (4th for my American friends) and this might pose a problem for those with mobility issues. Pool was nice, but unheated, so the water was on the 'refreshing' side, early September. Excellent breakfast buffet. Great wines at the bar. Staff very nice and professional. Most speak at least a little English. Parking is free and plenty. About the location: the village of San Sano is very small but gorgeous. There are are few great restaurants within driving range (particularly in Lecchi). Bike rentals available in Gaioli.

Amazing property that will give you a real Tuscany vibe. Great staff both in a hotel and a restaurant that will make you feel very welcomed and taken care of.Rooms have character and beautiful views from the terrace. The place is great to stay the whole day: you have sub beds, pool, pool bar you can eat lunch in, tennis court ect. There is also parking on the spot for free. Breakfast was huge and delicious, with fresh fruit you could squeeze a juice, selection of ham and local cheese, smoked salmon and prosecco.We fully recommend you to visit La Bianca restaurant for a dinner that has evening charm on the pool and great food.Hotel is also pet friendly, so many guests were with their dogs, which was very nice to have around
