Everything about our stay was amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I was staying here for my birthday, and the way they surprised and congratulated me honestly meant so much. It felt very thoughtful and personal, not formal or forced at all. It was fantastic. The place, the atmosphere, you really feel like in Italian villa. Inside it was very cozy, felt like home. The room was big, there was even a walk-in closet. The owner Francesco was very friendly and always asked if everything is OK, or if we need something. If you search for a place to stay in Rome, this is the place. I recommend it.

We stayed at Edi's house for a family trip to explore Rome and couldn't be more content with this choice. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, there's enough kitchenware and dishes, beds are comfortable and all in all its cosy. Breakfasts at the balcony were just perfect. The location is quit and a bit out of the city centre but pretty easily accessible by bus (bus stop is like 5min walk from the building). We run into a little communication issue with the owner which was very quickly and respectfully resolved, which we really appreciated. Thank you!

This apartment really is an oasis in Rome! The free car parking was the first great thing. Paulo was a great host and met us when we arrived, The flat is spacious with 2 outdoor patios, great for sitting out and having meals, relaxing or drying washing. The two bedrooms have comfortable queen or king sized beds with large wardrobes. The washing machine was very easy to use and we were grateful for air conditioning! The bathroom and kitchen were clean and very functional. It’s an easy walk to restaurants, supermarkets and the subway and there are bus services nearby. Terrific place, we would definitely stay there again.
