Hotel is easily accessible from the highway, garage is not expensive, the bus station for venice is in front of hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good and there is plenty of food to choose from

Basically everything. Was very happy that I picked this hotel among many in Venice. The boat connection is easy and runs frequently. Breakfast is superb. I’m on gluten- lactose-free diet, but found many items, that I could eat. Chia seeds and great variety of plant-based milks surprised me.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Venice. Sonia, the owner, is fantastic — she told us everything about the apartment, the neighborhood, and the local rules in Venice. The apartment itself is comfortable, air-conditioned, and very clean, with a sauna and jacuzzi as a real bonus. It’s located on a narrow little street, and just 10-15m away at the end of the street there’s a local supermarket, which is super convenient. Great location overall — about a 20-minute walk to the main train station. Highly recommend!

The community of Pellestrina was very peaceful, lots of locals or Italian residents. Quite a few restaurants in the vicinity.

Owner is nice and person to receive is also nice and asking about our status and first time in Venice so even when arrive in port explain how to reach went.. and place is good not much far to reach the location..

All i can say is that the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, gave us map with public transport and made sure we got a breakfast package to go on our last day since we were checkin-out in the middle of the night. Hotel has very nice location in quiet area that has a bus stop two minutes away from where you can easily get to the vaporetto that takes you to the Venice centre and airport. Sandy beach is within the walking distance. Our room was nice and clean, bed was comfy, cleaning service was working every day, in the building was a vending maschine with water and snacks, breakfast had a lot of variaty and was delicious. Overall it was very nice experience and i would definitely come again.

What an amazing hotel, steeped in history. The staff are excellent and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our room looked out over the front of the property, was large and very comfortable with lovely furniture. It has a great location, just a few minutes walk from the Lido water bus terminal, and a few minutes from the beach on the other side. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our only complaint is that we were told that there were no more pancakes available, and this was at 9:30am, an hour and a half before the breakfast service officially ended.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with your own terrace and small garden. Lovely quiet location. Only 5 minutes walk to all the restaurants.

It was great value for the money. 70 euros per night We had a room with three single beds a small wardrobe and little bedside tables. A wall shelf with a cupboard and a standing cupboard with shelves. The ensuite shower was good, with basin, mirror and toilet. All clean and well maintained. Blackout curtains were helpful. Our neighbours were quiet and respectful. All the staff in reception, the bar and shop were helpful, friendly and spoke great English. The ferry to Zattare, Venice takes about 30 min and leaves every hour. It costs 15 euros, we bought a 3 day pass for 30 euros and used it to go to Alberoni beach which is a diferent ferry to the Venice Lido too... so 4 return trips over 3 days. It was really hot so aircon in the room was great. We stayed an extra night due to our plans changing. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked nice and not crowded in the mornings.
