Location was great and the staff people were very helpful

Location was very easy to find and get to from the Rialto ferry. It is located slightly outside the busy area so it's nice and quiet, while still being a short walk away. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. AC helped a lot because it was pretty hot during my stay. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and very tasty. Staff were very friendly, spoke great English, and allowed me to wait in the lobby / store my bags before leaving for the train station after my stay.

The location was fantastic in a beautiful quiet part of the city on the canal but a short walk to the center. The common areas, bar, breakfast & bedrooms were all superb. The staff were so helpful booking transfers and with information. & we were thrilled to have our room ready early on arrival as we had an early start that morning. The garden area was beautiful too

The location is really nice, everything was close enough, the staff was friendly, had room service everyday.

The receptionists were really friendly and helpful. I had a lovely spacious room with a balcony. The location is ideal due to its proximity to Piazzale Roma and the airport bus stop.

Highly recommended. Free breakfast is almost lunch.

Great hotel! Everything was excellent — the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I especially want to mention the ladies at the reception: they were very kind, helpful, and explained everything in detail. Overall, everything was perfect and I am very satisfied with my stay!

Location of hotel is perfect, close to the train station, close to the vaporetto, many restaurants to choose from in the area, walking the streets around the hotel was fabulous. You can walk to Rialto bridge and to St. Mark's Square but vaporetto is very handy too. We got the water taxi from the airport and the hotel was very close to our stop. Hotel staff are warm and welcoming. Our room was ready early for us which was much appreciated. The room was clean and comfy.
