Wonderful hotel in all ways. Artwork and vibe were cool. It was a quiet cool oasis when so hot outside. Massimo on reception who welcomed us was really helpful and friendly. The barman was also so helpful and friendly.

The location of this property is amazing. obviously most hotels in Venice are on some sort of canal or another, but this really is special. Easy to explore from, because of its closeness to several water-bus terminals and a pleasure to come back to.

Wonderful location. Spacious and comfortable room overlooking Grand Canal, with amazing views of boats going along the canal. Staff could not have been more welcoming and more helpful. Really comfortable bed.

Loved the location near the Rialto bridge. Everything was so close and accessible. Our room was very spacious and clean, with nice touches like a turn down service and Prosecco on arrival. A large bathroom with robes and slippers and extra pillows was a nice touch. Staff were very helpful from check in to house keeping and in the breakfast room with fast friendly service. We also got help to find some lovely restaurants and tips on transport from the front desk. The terrace was fantastic with a great view over the grand canal. We made a point to have drinks on the terrace each day as it was so lovely sitting up there watching the hustle and bustle below.
