The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. And the breakfast setting was simply breathtaking – the perfect start to each day. Highly recommended!

Mr. Periera is a great front desk host along with other team members. Breakfast was nice. Room was spacious and clean and most importantly the staff is very helpful and accomodative. They allow ro store your luggage and use washrooms and refill waterbottles even hours after checkout. Thanks again Mr. Periera.

This is a little gem in the heart of Venice. It is super clean and comfy, so central to most things, lots of character and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are great too.

Brilliant location with all the main attractions within a 15 minute walk. The staff were wonderful, the rooms were spotless and I really liked the traditional decor. The bed was very comfortable and the location was very quiet at night. Loved our stay!

Good breakfast - not just espresso and cornetto. We had good cappuccino, boiled egg, yoghurt, and müsli bread and butter plus marmelade, and cornetto, of course!

Everything. The staff were friendly and ever so helpful. The location was fantastic. It was very central to shops, restaurants and basically anywhere you wanted to go. The accomodation was clean, comfortable and lovely. It was an amazing experience and it solidified my love of Venice.

Very helpful, friendly staff and good instructions for how to find the hotel. Location was excellent and room was also very nice. Staff give great recommendations for restaurants and walking routes that take you past more than just the big tourist sites. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and stay again if I’m ever in Venice again.

Very very chick and old fahsioned hotel. Decoration is fantastic. Well located. Silence. Staff super gentle. Cozy. Clean. Perfect. I would stay days there.

The location is in the middle of Venice, very centric with all great locations at reach. Of course, as any place in Venice, you will have to lookout for getting there through stairs. We came with our stroller and baby. The breakfast is really good. We arrived late and quickly offered milk for our daughter.

The view over the Grand Canal was spectacular, and the common space was comfortable. I got good advice regarding dining options and the Biennale from the staff on duty. The hotel was a welcome and cool respite from the hot days! Our room was large and very comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

Incredible location and view! Our room overlooked the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge so it was a constant feast for the senses, and at night, the windows and shutters blocked out all noise. The vaporetto stop is 30 feet from the hotel door, along with the gondola and water taxi piers. Our room had everything we needed and the staff was friendly and very helpful.
