Just a really good hotel with such lovely staff. Everything about my stay from arriving to departure was excellent. The room was modern and have everything in terms of facilities. So glad I decided to get this hotel in Murano for my stay.

Relaise Empire has been recently renovated, it's stylish, comfy, very clean. One feels pampered in such a nice ambiance. Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, professional, keen to provide assistance with a smile. Location is perfect, in-between historic center and railway station. Breakfast is what Italians call "salty", not your typical local sweet stuff. Which is actually good thing.

The hotel is renovated, well equipped, the pool is amazing, and the stuff is very friendly. Everyone speaks German, from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies. The breakfast is amazing. You have everything you need and more. Iced coffee to cappuccino, fresh juice to smoothies, lots of deserts, all kind of fruits, meets, cheeses, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs. In one word perfect.
