Everything was amazing about this place. The location, the pool, the views from the property. Our room was spacious, well equipped, very clean and had an awesome view of the river. The bed was also very comfy. Free parking is a nice perk as well.

The hotel is really nice. I had a problem during my stay, but the employee Matteo was always incredibly available to help and resolve the situation, even outside of his working hours, providing the hospitality and passion for work desired in a hotel of this category. fantastic location. 10 minutes from the train station and a 3 minute walk into piazza bra. rooms were very clean and a good size. staff were excellent. very helpful and friendly. breakfast was good, continental but with toast,eggs and bacon.

The breakfast selection was amazing, catered for all tastes and was presented really well. Staff were exceptionally nice and catered for all of our needs. The staff member that stood out the most was Abbas. He was very helpful and kind. But needless to say all staff members were more than exceptional. I needed to go to the hospital during my stay and the care and attention I received from the hotel was second to none!
