The staff are the most polite friendly hotel staff you could wish for. The location is perfect and the breakfast was very good with a great selection.

All staff where very friendly and gave us good infos about restaurants and excursions. The room with lagoon view was nicer than on the fotos. The room is spacious and had a fantastic view. Sitting on the window bench and sipping a coffee was a great experience. There is a espresso machine in the room. But in the morning we had a super coffee from the reception.

A great clean hotel with a great location. Please note: parking is open from 9-00 to 18-30.

Great location so close to the vaporetto, easy to find, and none of the stairs of Venice’s many bridges to hinder rolling luggage.

Mr. Periera is a great front desk host along with other team members. Breakfast was nice. Room was spacious and clean and most importantly the staff is very helpful and accomodative. They allow ro store your luggage and use washrooms and refill waterbottles even hours after checkout. Thanks again Mr. Periera.

Great breakfast with healthy options like muesli, fruits. Wide variety of options in breakfast. Excellent location. Perfect for families with children.

The hotel is very impressive, elegant, newly furnished. Our room was very spacious and beautiful, perfectly serviced every day. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The coffee machine in the room made delicious coffee, it was a wide selection and the coffee stock is replenished daily at no extra charge. Breakfast was really good, fresh juice, various fruits, sparkling wine and more. The staff is extremely kind and caring. The hotel staff arranged a free tour to the Murano glass factory right from the hotel door. It was a really wonderful experience at this hotel.

Just a really good hotel with such lovely staff. Everything about my stay from arriving to departure was excellent. The room was modern and have everything in terms of facilities. So glad I decided to get this hotel in Murano for my stay.

Stunning property and location. Mara and Lorenzo were the perfect hosts organising restaurants and day trips for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The hotel was perfect. the location suited our needs as a small family, slightly sat away from the main hustle and bustle, but only a quick 10 minute walk to the rialto bridge, which was beautiful. The reception team were welcoming and helpful. We opted for breakfast. The breakfast was fresh and exactly what was needed ahead of a busy day. The room was perfect, with 2 large windows overlooking the canal. The decor and facilities exceeded my expectations. Would recommend this hotel.
