It's impressive property. Remade glass factory into modern and stylish hotel. I've got a room upgrade thanks to the generous gesture, and the one I've got has a little working space at the upper level - exactly thing you need to sit and fill the travel diary. The room layout is so well thought and space used very efficiently. I loved the area too - nothing too much but just enough to highlight style and it's factory past. The best part is the exit gate to the open lagoon - perfect sunrise spot along with terrace. Additional thanks to concierge who went above and beyond to help me with charging my devices and suggested an app to track the boats throughout the lagoon. Its name is "CheBateo?". With it I was able to navigate through the lagoon like a pro, connecting vaporetto stations and tracking times.

Fantastic location at cozy Murano Usland with comfortable private shuttleboat to the airport and very close to vaporetto stations to and from mainland Venice. This is my favourite hotel in Venice. Rooms are modern, spacious, comfy and very clean and quiet. Breakfast offers an extensive variety of delicious options. Bar, restaurant and coffee shop offer great service and good food, beers and wines.

The room was super cosy and the bathroom was very nice and clean. Location was also great, it took only a few minutes to get to Venice! The staff were all really kind and helpful, they even helped us with finding the right water bus and early check out! All around really great stay and would 100% recommend!

Peaceful room beautifully decorated with windows looking out towards Venice across the lagoon . It’s the last house before the lagoon and a few steps from the nearest vaporetto stop. I would love to stay longer another time . Loved the old style fridge , the little table set for breakfast before the windows . Everything delightful altogether abd so diffeeent from staying in the middle of Venice where I had been for a week before

Great Location nearby many restaurants, shops and sightseeing. Murano is a perfect spot from where you can explore Venice and the other islands, it's a lot less crowded than Venice and a lot more quiet which is nice if you travel as a family and with dogs. The apartment has everything you need, even for a longer stay. It's big enough for 6 persons.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric Murano Venice. The hotel is extremely clean, modern, and beautifully designed. It’s perfectly located on Murano — peaceful and scenic, yet still easy to access Venice by water taxi or vaporetto. The rooms felt fresh, comfortable, and very well maintained. The only downside was our room view, which unfortunately faced a pile of rubbish. That part was pretty awful and definitely took away from an otherwise great experience. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a modern, relaxing stay away from the crowds of central Venice. Sharon B. Lansdowne pa

This was our second stay in Murano- we really like the retreat from the intensity of Venice. Getting the 3 Day vaporetto ticket enables you to access all parts of the city very readonably and the vaporetto travel through the laguna and the canals is part of the Venetian experience.

Most people stay on this island for far too short a time and show too little interest in the rich history it has to offer. Immerse yourself in a world that is also willing to share its secrets with you, but only if you show a little restraint and are willing to get to know your surroundings. A history dating back to the 12th century, it's characterized by traditions, pride, and a warmth that remains hidden to those who can't stop. Discover this island; small as it may be, it can offer you great things along the way.

About Hotel Hyatt centric Murano.

About Hotel Hyatt centric Murano. The organization was absolutely zero. The front desk staff were not friendly—especially Marie. There was no proper handover of information. We booked three nights, while our son and his partner, and our daughter and her partner, each booked two nights. We came to the hotel looking forward to celebrating my birthday, but it was a big disappointment from the start. The paid pickup service we had reserved was canceled just 2.5 hours before our arrival. When we entered our room, it was clear someone had already used it. We had to immediately request clean bed sheets. The next day, our son and his partner checked in. Then our daughter and her partner were given a room that hadn’t even been cleaned—they had to be moved to another room. There was construction going on all day from early morning, with lots of dust and wood shavings. When we finally complained, the manager Fabio was understanding and kind. He offered us a 25% discount per night for our room. Since we booked through Booking.com, he said the refund (around €170–180) would be processed through them. However, we haven’t received it yet. He also kindly offered us complimentary breakfast on the last day. The cleaning service was inconsistent—something was always missing, like towels or shampoo. The housekeeping staff were also unfriendly. We had stayed at this hotel several times before it became a Hyatt Centric and were always satisfied. This was our first time staying after the rebranding, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The attitude of the reception staff, especially the women, really needs to improve. And assigning guests to a dirty room is simply unacceptable.

We stayed in a private home and later in a three star hotel, To enjoy Murano I believe that you must "bite the bullet" pay the price and stay at the Hyatt. It will make all the difference in your visit. Murano is peaceful compared to the mayhem of Venice. But once you have mastered the schedules for the Vaporetto. it is a great base for your Venice adventure.

Charming small town.

Charming small town. Not sure later in the year but in April not very crowded. The glass works are very interesting and the shops have many different types. Only a few restaurants open for dinner in the off season so need to plan ahead. Easy transit to the main island of Venice.

The apartment is fantastic and has everything you need. It has a lovely terrace with a view of the canal which is wonderful to sit out and have your breakfast on or a sunset drink. The location couldn’t be better with the supermarket, restaurant, bar and gelateria being next door, and a minute’s walk to the vaporetto. Highly recommend if wanting to stay on Murano.
