The location is excellent; it's right off the Venetian Lagoon, a stone's throw from the ferry we took from the mainland to Venice, and a short walk to the center of town. The room had a view over the water. The staff was friendly and always ready to help and answer questions. There were free breakfasts, and there was a restaurant with great prices next door, which is especially good if you're dying of hunger after a full day in town.

Our room was quit small, but comfortable. 30 min away from the railway station. Very nice host, always was in touch.

Location is convenient near to vaporetto bus station and nearby to restaurants and shops in the area. Staff wonderful and helpful and check in was smooth and fast.

The property is beautiful. The decor and everyone is so nice. The rooms and the bathroom. All the Christmas decorations were so beautiful. I loved breakfast in my room too! Love the red and gold vibe.

Location was ideal as right opposite the theatre where we were attending a concert and also within a few minutes walk to Rialto Bridge. Excellent breakfast included in room price

Everything was excellent. The most impressive things are the details. Details in meeting during check in, during the breakfast, some small nice but nice things in the room, very helpful and friendly stuff. You feel like at home from the first step. Very useful advices concerning the city. Breakfast is perfect, the views are wonderful, the bed is so comfortable!

The location was perfect, just a 1-minute walk from Rialto and 6–7 minutes from the city center. We stayed with a child, and the room was very clean and well-organized. The staff were very friendly and polite.

Wonderful hotel with great customer service where I would definitely come again! Located in the calm Cannaregio area at the canal, 10 minutes away from the crowdy and touristic area. The room is spacious, comfortable and decorated in a unique Venetian style. Excellent and value for money choice.

Our stay at Al Mascaron Ridente in Venice was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, allowing us to fully experience the charm of the city.
