A wonderful place to relax. Nice and quiet. From 8 p.m. the island goes to sleep, which gives you the opportunity to rest from the noise of Venice. Close to transport to Lido, Burano and Venice. Very good contact with the owners. All problems were solved quickly. Clean, fragrant, Airco in good condition. I read a lot of bad opinions about breakfasts, but I thought they were very tasty: rolls, ham, cheese, egg, butter, jams, honey, Nutella, cereals, yogurts, cake, 2 types of juices, coffee, tea. I left full every time.

All staff where very friendly and gave us good infos about restaurants and excursions. The room with lagoon view was nicer than on the fotos. The room is spacious and had a fantastic view. Sitting on the window bench and sipping a coffee was a great experience. There is a espresso machine in the room. But in the morning we had a super coffee from the reception.

The location is excellent; it's right off the Venetian Lagoon, a stone's throw from the ferry we took from the mainland to Venice, and a short walk to the center of town. The room had a view over the water. The staff was friendly and always ready to help and answer questions. There were free breakfasts, and there was a restaurant with great prices next door, which is especially good if you're dying of hunger after a full day in town.

Lovely and comfortable and clean room. The location was stunning and not to busy, with lots of wonderful dining places to choose from. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

The Room was gorgeous, the bed was comfy, everything well equipped.

This is a lovely hotel. Fun to get to via the taxi boats. The restaurant is superb. Great dinner menu and breakfast. Cannot fault it at all.

The location was fantastic in a beautiful quiet part of the city on the canal but a short walk to the center. The common areas, bar, breakfast & bedrooms were all superb. The staff were so helpful booking transfers and with information. & we were thrilled to have our room ready early on arrival as we had an early start that morning. The garden area was beautiful too

Location was very easy to find and get to from the Rialto ferry. It is located slightly outside the busy area so it's nice and quiet, while still being a short walk away. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. AC helped a lot because it was pretty hot during my stay. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and very tasty. Staff were very friendly, spoke great English, and allowed me to wait in the lobby / store my bags before leaving for the train station after my stay.

We loved everything in Palazzo Venart! The location is exceptional, you are in the very heart of this magnificent city but still placed in a really quiet part. We slept well which is quite unusual in Venice. The building, the room, the park outside...superb, you feel like royalty! Breakfast was delicious, with many options. But the best thing was the staff. We can say that we travelled a lot around the world but never experienced such a level of extraordinary service. Highly recommended!

large room size with 5 star facilities. The breakfast was excellent. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and guided us with the paths of water bus and helped us plan out stay om both islands.

This is an extraordinary hotel, carefully renovated and very attentive staff. Rooms are very modern and comfortable.

Location was superb. Breakfast was delicious. The garden a welcome retreat after busy days. Staff were super attentive, friendly, very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends.

It was a really nice stay! Rooms were cleaned every day, quiet place close to the city center and a very nice and helpful staff. Plus after checking out you can leave your baggage and collect it later - and that's why I'll come back here for sure!

It is a beautiful building with delightful & helpful staff. We loved the location, a short walk into the main areas around Rialto and St Marks but quiet and very pretty. Cross the canal to the next one, Fondamenta Ormesini, has lots of bars and restaurants with a much more local clientele and authentic atmosphere, literally 3 minutes walk. It's also close to the Strada Nova, a great shopping street with more bars and restaurants and a great supermarket inside a traditional Venetian theatre. The bar at the hotel is very pretty and elegant, Marco makes the best bellinis, which was always the perfect end to our days exploring this wonderful city.
