The hotel is in a beautiful location, with a beautiful interior and inner yards. Comfortable and spacious room. Quiet and private. We got rooms with the views to the lagoon, so it was perfect. Good breakfast. Excellent service by the employees at the reception. Convenient transportation to Venice and Burano. Good value for money and a possibility to avoid overcrowded Venice. It would be nice to have an informative map of Murano with the streets, restaurants, and glass makers in one place....

This is a nice hotel at a nice price. Friendly staff, quiet rooms, great bathroom, air conditioning that is adequate. Murano is great for glass and much quieter than Venice. Venice is still easy to get to. I highly recommend.

A very short but good stay, filling gap between another rental and departure home. Photos do it justice, but even better when there. Very impressed with the layout and quality of materials used for permanent fixtures (kitchen, flooring, windows). Layout is compact yet very efficient use of space and natural light. One queen/140cm bed, separate bedroom, bunk beds (2 singles) in small sleeping room w/window. Bathroom is also well planned and of good materials. Sofa bed (I think) in salon. Kitchen: very well equipped - good quality. Full meals could be prepared (local grocery stores). Location: in a courtyard situated in a campiello/small square, off the main shopping canal, very central, and quiet. 4 flats on same floor (first floor above ground level). This is the only rental flat. Windows facing a wall, almost no vis-a-vis (privacy guaranteed!), slight view to the square. Stairs (one floor up). Great place for a single, a couple, or a family.

Beautifuly equiped appartment. Spotlessly clean. Excelent location (bakery, fruit store, butcher) on the same street as well as the best gelato in Murano. Close to Coop store and there are many excelent restaurants and bars nearby. Profesionalism of the team at Sleep in Murano company. Excelent and quick communication from representatives who gave us loads of very useful information about Murano. Overall just simply put - Perfect 10!

Murano is a quiet island and the centre of a thriving glass industry. It has nice bars, cafes and restaurants. Very easy to get to on the Alilaguna water bus direct from the airport, and very easy access to Venice using the excellent ACTV vaporetto service. We love it here, it was our 12th stay on the island.

The accommodation is some distance from the boat dock.

The accommodation is some distance from the boat dock. It is indeed not convenient to move if you carry large luggage. The bathroom shower space is too small, the hot water supply is unstable, and the other parts are not bad. The owner is very kind and will personally greet you in front of the apartment, carefully explain, full of enthusiasm.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric Murano Venice. The hotel is extremely clean, modern, and beautifully designed. It’s perfectly located on Murano — peaceful and scenic, yet still easy to access Venice by water taxi or vaporetto. The rooms felt fresh, comfortable, and very well maintained. The only downside was our room view, which unfortunately faced a pile of rubbish. That part was pretty awful and definitely took away from an otherwise great experience. This was our second stay in Murano- we really like the retreat from the intensity of Venice. Getting the 3 Day vaporetto ticket enables you to access all parts of the city very readonably and the vaporetto travel through the laguna and the canals is part of the Venetian experience.

About Hotel Hyatt centric Murano. The organization was absolutely zero. The front desk staff were not friendly—especially Marie. There was no proper handover of information. We booked three nights, while our son and his partner, and our daughter and her partner, each booked two nights. We came to the hotel looking forward to celebrating my birthday, but it was a big disappointment from the start. The paid pickup service we had reserved was canceled just 2.5 hours before our arrival. When we entered our room, it was clear someone had already used it. We had to immediately request clean bed sheets. The next day, our son and his partner checked in. Then our daughter and her partner were given a room that hadn’t even been cleaned—they had to be moved to another room. There was construction going on all day from early morning, with lots of dust and wood shavings. When we finally complained, the manager Fabio was understanding and kind. He offered us a 25% discount per night for our room. Since we booked through Booking.com, he said the refund (around €170–180) would be processed through them. However, we haven’t received it yet. He also kindly offered us complimentary breakfast on the last day. The cleaning service was inconsistent—something was always missing, like towels or shampoo. The housekeeping staff were also unfriendly. We had stayed at this hotel several times before it became a Hyatt Centric and were always satisfied. This was our first time staying after the rebranding, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The attitude of the reception staff, especially the women, really needs to improve. And assigning guests to a dirty room is simply unacceptable.

We have stayed in Venice seventeen times over the years and this apartment is the best place we have ever stayed. The apartment is well equipped, warm and immaculate, and the view is just beautiful. Murano is a much quieter alternative to the main island of Venice. Gaida was a great host, responding incredibly swiftly by Whats App. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and feel fortunate to have found the apartment. I'm sure we will return.

The place is nice to stay. We received instructions well in advance and it was easy to find it. The host was polite. It was clean and tidy. About the location - it is 40-45 min away of the Venice island. You should use water transport. But it is a big plus that Murano area is calm and quite, especialy during the afternoon and evening and you avoid all the tourist craziness in Venice once you need a rest.

Spacious rooms, exceptionally clean (which I am quite particular about), so comfortable (they leave you slippers which is so cute). Always refreshing towels which is amazing. Overall very beautiful and the breakfasts were also lovely. The ferry stop is also right outside the hotel so it’s very convenient.
