The hotel is very impressive, elegant, newly furnished. Our room was very spacious and beautiful, perfectly serviced every day. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The coffee machine in the room made delicious coffee, it was a wide selection and the coffee stock is replenished daily at no extra charge. Breakfast was really good, fresh juice, various fruits, sparkling wine and more. The staff is extremely kind and caring. The hotel staff arranged a free tour to the Murano glass factory right from the hotel door. It was a really wonderful experience at this hotel.

Staff were very helpful. Our room was clean and was all we needed. Train station was 2 minutes away. Definitely will come again.

Mr. Periera is a great front desk host along with other team members. Breakfast was nice. Room was spacious and clean and most importantly the staff is very helpful and accomodative. They allow ro store your luggage and use washrooms and refill waterbottles even hours after checkout. Thanks again Mr. Periera.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Venice Venice. Everything was amazing – from the stunning views to the unique atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Venice. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. And the breakfast setting was simply breathtaking – the perfect start to each day. Highly recommended!

Honestly I can believe how luxurious this hotel feels. It's like if you're staying at an old European noble's mansion. Rooms are decorated to give that vibe, separate bath /shower from the actual toilet very big and soft bed and I got view of the main street. If you don't want to carry your luggage through Venice streets this is the perfect place, a few steps from the train station. The staff was amazing, they spoke English and Spanish, breakfast is good, they have a good variety of foods and because I left very early they even packed me a breakfast, nothing fancy but an amazing gesture. 100% will come back, definitely recommend this place.

Excellent location n lovely place

The room was gorgeous, and in a great location. You still have to walk up a flight of stairs, but there is an elevator after the first flight. The quietest elevator I've ever used.

Amazing location, style and comfort

Super helpful receptionist with information about what’s worth to visit or where is best to eat the Venetian way. Would recommend as it’s in the middle of everything literally and it’s more than doable by walk.

The location is great near to train station, front of canal, with nearby shops and restaurants, taxi water and Gondola. The restaurant and breakfast is fantastic.
