We loved everything in Palazzo Venart! The location is exceptional, you are in the very heart of this magnificent city but still placed in a really quiet part. We slept well which is quite unusual in Venice. The building, the room, the park outside...superb, you feel like royalty! Breakfast was delicious, with many options. But the best thing was the staff. We can say that we travelled a lot around the world but never experienced such a level of extraordinary service. Highly recommended!

The location was fantastic in a beautiful quiet part of the city on the canal but a short walk to the center. The common areas, bar, breakfast & bedrooms were all superb. The staff were so helpful booking transfers and with information. & we were thrilled to have our room ready early on arrival as we had an early start that morning. The garden area was beautiful too

Location was very easy to find and get to from the Rialto ferry. It is located slightly outside the busy area so it's nice and quiet, while still being a short walk away. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. AC helped a lot because it was pretty hot during my stay. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and very tasty. Staff were very friendly, spoke great English, and allowed me to wait in the lobby / store my bags before leaving for the train station after my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Leone Hotel. The location is absolutely ideal for discovering Venice, with easy access to the main sights and very convenient connections to the airport — the nearby boat stop makes arrival and departure especially easy. The rooms are beautifully maintained, comfortable and absolutely spotless. Everything felt very clean, well cared for and thoughtfully prepared. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. They were more than excellent — incredibly welcoming, kind, polite and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel immediately at home. Our only regret is that we stayed for just one night. We would have happily stayed longer and would definitely choose Leone Hotel again on a future visit to Venice.

Location of hotel is perfect, close to the train station, close to the vaporetto, many restaurants to choose from in the area, walking the streets around the hotel was fabulous. You can walk to Rialto bridge and to St. Mark's Square but vaporetto is very handy too. We got the water taxi from the airport and the hotel was very close to our stop. Hotel staff are warm and welcoming. Our room was ready early for us which was much appreciated. The room was clean and comfy.

Very cool Hotel, and great staff. I would rate this as the best place we stayed at in our 2 weeks around Europe. The room is very cool and funky, and was a joy to stay in. Staff were great and the restaurant was amazing for dinner.

Since the reception is not 24hrs, we were given a key to the front door. We found this to be really handy and could come and go as we pleased. Our room was nice, and did the job we were after. Since we were planning to be out exploring most of the day, we weren't too fussed as long as we had somewhere comfy to sleep, but our room was nice. It had all of amenities that one could expect. We did have to go up stairs to get to our room, which was absolutely fine for us, but something to consider if you're not good with stairs. We also liked the location, as it was really easy to get to the busier areas of Venice, but it didn't feel like we were overwhelmed with the hustle and bustle of the main streets. We would definitely consider rebooking here if we were to return.

We felt wonderful at Hotel Marte. The location is quiet, everything is within reach, and the place is clean and beautifully arranged. The staff is friendly, and I would be happy to return. Highly recommended!

Very close to train station, in main restaurant and shopping street close to Grand Canal. Elegant decor, comfortable bed, separate toilet and bathroom, lovely complementary breakfast in nice dining room.
