The outdoor summer pool is surrounded by palm and olive trees. On summer days, the garden is the setting of fine dining. The property also features 8 meeting rooms. Everything. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was excellent. The staff was super friendly. I felt very welcome even with my 30kg Labrador dog, she was even allowed with us at breakfast ❤️. Breakfast was excellent. Not only did they have a large variety of food, but it was of great quality as well.

Complimentary refreshments in fridge was a nice treat. We booked this last minute as we were passing through, we didn’t know what to expect. We felt really lucky that we happened upon this place. Would definitely return.

We stayed in a pool apartment which was great to have loungers and chairs just outside our apartment door. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, Roberta was fantastic as were all the staff who we met. They were brilliant at giving us tips and also arranging transport to the train station and local restaurants Some reviews have mentioned you have to have a car but we didn’t and found it fine as the hotel has a free shuttle to train station in morning and then it’s a 15 minute train into central Rome. The hotel are happy to arrange transport to local restaurants and also Uber also works well so although a car would be helpful it’s definitely fine without one. For us staying outside of Rome worked brilliantly to allow us to have a fantastic pool to enjoy after sightseeing

We were here just for 1 night, and it was amazing . Everything was clean and nice, absolutely perfect, and swimming pool. It's so good.Owners are really nice people. Our flight was at 06:00 in the morning and they were so kind to transfer us to Ciampino Airport. And it is located not too far. This is a small village, really beautiful, just in 5 min. by car to cozy town Frascati, or you can walk around. Thank you so much for your kindness. We're definitely recommended to all travelers. Best choice and not expensive. Amazing.
