Affordable room with nice outdoor swimming pool available

Lovely swimming pool, nice outdoor area, comfortable beds, air conditioning, nice big TV, host let us check in early as we had a wedding to attend.

The villa is so impressive sitting at the top of the Tusculum Hills, potentially the location of one of Cicero's villas, and there are Roman remains around the hotel to look at. Get a room with a city view, and you won't be disappointed as there are excellent views over Rome and to the east, the Alban hills. Breakfast had a large variety to choose from, and the staff are all welcoming and friendly, particularly the bar staff. The outdoor swimming pool has been opened very recently and is free to use.

This was the best hotel in Italy we have visited out of 7. Very clean, comfortable and with good vibe. Great outdoor swimming pool - we loved it after hot day. But the best was customer service. We have left a wallet and they helped us a lot and sent the wallet back. Location was good, not far from the metro station and when we used taxi from the city centre was not expensive. We had a very good time.

We loved the outdoor dining and swimming pool area. The food was also excellent.

Super place to stay with kids! We return every year. Huge plus is the outdoor swimming pool that is very well kept and the staff is so good with clients (especially with kids).
