We were only there one night as passing through. But first impressions count for a lot. We arrived quite late but the staff were straight out to meet and greet us. All staff were very friendly. We really like the property. It had a rustic and relaxing feel and a nice pool. Good breakfast. Good facilities.

Excellent hotel at a great location with super service. We stayed in one of the villa,s with private pool, right on the beach. The resort has great amenities with an excellent restaurant (with many local Balinese options), pool and spa. All tcustom made rips and excursions line snorkelling, diving and hiking can we booked directly via the reception. Service at the Discovery is absolutely fabulous. I never met nice people always willing to help you and provide world class service.

Very friendly family. Conditions are very good taking into account requested price. Bike for rent available from the host. Very beautiful, peaceful and not crowdy beach very close ( 20 min walk or 5 min ride). Thank you Diana

Probably our favourite stay in Bali, and we would definitely recommend it! Sasa and her family were incredibly kind and welcoming. We especially loved the traditional local breakfast, a huge bonus, as most places only offer eggs or pancakes. The room is clean, modern and comforable! Renting motorbike from them directly was easy and great. During our stay, Sasa’s relative had a wedding, and we were incredibly honoured to be invited. It was such a beautiful and truly authentic experience that we will remember for a long time. We had many lovely conversations, learned a lot about Balinese culture, and received so many great tips about Bali. We also talked a lot about local fruits, and the next day Sasa surprised us with durian and other fresh fruits. Such a thoughtful gesture! Unfortunately, our plans changed and we couldn’t come back, but if we visit Bali again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you so much for everything!

We had a lovely stay at the Villas. The host (Made) was super friendly, attentive and caring. One could not wish for a better host! The villa was spotless clean, the view was amazing. The preparation of breakfast every was also phenomenal. Definitely recommend this villa. It is spacious, big bedrooms and bathrooms.

Babakan Hill was absolute perfection! Adi and his team are incredible hosts, nothing was a problem. We stayed in the two-bedroom villa and didn't want to leave. The spaces are fabulous, large bedrooms with beautiful outdoor bathrooms; a generous dining and lounge space, great sun deck and a wonderful pool. The bamboo design is breathtaking. Babakan Hill is a little out of the way, which is exactly what we wanted - but on the day we did want to explore Adi organised a driver and car and we spent a day at Virgin Beach about 15 minutes away. The grounds are stunning, we truly felt like we were on our own paradise island!
