I recently celebrated my birthday at Lord Bagenal Inn, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! Very warm cosy clean and comfortable we were only staying 1 night on our way to Kilkenny but it was so comfortable we had a very restful night and we had freedom to do our own cooking which was ideal. Husband appreciated Guinness from Pub

A bit of trouble with electricity meter running out the first night , but the host was very helpful and sorted the problem right away

The house owner was very responsive and engaging. The amenities were great; I had a whole home to myself and found everything I needed. From extra towels to having extra plates, utensils, and even extra cleaning products. Perfect for a getaway solo or as a couple as there is a train that'll take you to Waterford or Dublin just a short trip from the residence. It's also a literal minute away from a good SuperValu. Overall, good location, good home. I'd rent again.

If you don't stay at Matty's Pub, you are missing one of the greatest places to stay. Clean, good pub, good people, good Craich , and a lovely place to stay. They go all out for you. Matt and Steph are grand people.,. The customers are well Worth the stay. Do not miss this one. Top Notch !!!

The Town House has great location, easy access to Carlow Town and the M9 motoraway. Very modern and comfortable house with TV and Wifi Broadband. Loved the treat of scones on arrival and milk in the fridge for tea or coffee! We will be back!
