Loved loved loved the colourful flare and personality of the property. It’s as if the property owner (who we did not meet) traveled around the world — Provence, Mexico, etc — and picked up the most colorful things possible and then put them in his sprawling house and in his multiple patios and welcoming decks. The place is extremely cheerful and CLEAN. Nothing smells or seems unclean. Since I could not understand the layout from the photos online, I ended up booking three units for my family of 6. It turned out to be great but more space than we needed. The upstairs 4 person family apartment has a full room with two twin beds, a kitchen with a water purifier attached to the sink and a burner and coffee maker and other equipment we did not use, a bathroom with its own hot water heater and shower, and another master bedroom with a large bed. It comfortably sleeps four people - parents and two kids. The other four person bedroom is just a single bedroom with a bathroom that you go through a public hall to go to the bathroom. It has two big beds and one twin size beds. It also can fit four (or maybe even five) people, but it’s only one room. The three person room has a big bed and a twin and can easily for three people. It is not en suite but has the bathroom that you share with the 4-person room. All of the spaces are really beautiful and great, and there are multiple roof decks, potted plants all over, a welcoming courtyard with plants and flowers, and at least two indoor areas with seats. Breakfast is simple (toast, eggs, prata, crepe-like pancakes, etc). Coral House is very close (walking distance along a safe pedestrian walkway) to the East Gate of the Taj Mahal. Our guide met us at the Coral House to bring us but we could have done it by ourselves with minimal guidance. It’s almost as close as the Oberoi, where we have stayed before, at around 1/10th (or less) of the price!

I had a great stay at Max's Guest House. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The location was very convenient too, everything was reachable by 5 - 15 min rickshaw ride. And the host, Max has been super hospitable and caring. He gave me all the necessary advice for sightseeing in the area and he was very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Agra.

Check-in was quick, and we were immediately shown to our room, which was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The property features a rooftop with a lovely view of the Taj Mahal’s silhouette. Inara House offers a variety of Indian breakfasts and dinners; during our three-night stay, we enjoyed different breakfast options each morning — all tasty and very generous. The location is excellent, less than 1 km from the Taj Mahal. The manager provided helpful advice on nearby attractions and arranged a full-day tuk-tuk driver for us. The owner is friendly and attentive, often engaging with guests to ensure their comfort and gather feedback for improvement. He also kindly accommodated a late check-out for us at no extra charge, which was very convenient given our late bus. While both the owner and manager are professional and courteous, the atmosphere leans a bit too much toward the formal side with the staff. Overall, Inara House is a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay with excellent food, and great service.

We do not regret choosing Zipcode Stay, it was one of the best decisions we made for our trip to Agra. Mr. Sathyam and Mr. Gulfam, who are in charge of the property, were both very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was upgraded from a Deluxe Triple to a Family Suite at no extra cost due to a minor issue in the bathroom, which we really appreciated. Zipcode Stay is within walking distance to the Taj Mahal, and there are plenty of food options and pharmacies nearby, making it extremely convenient. The area is quiet as well, and we had a restful sleep during our 2-night stay.

Hotel is classy. The bar had a live singer. I ordered grilled fish and sauté veggies and the chef provided it to me outside the menu. Wow ! Valet parking for folks who drive everywhere.

The location was very close to the parking lot of the Taj Mahal, where you can get a golf cart ride to get to the gate. Facility was clean and front desk was very helpful.

The property is new and hence, clean and well-furnished. There is a space for car parking. The location is near Taj Mahal with outlets like Dominoes nearby (almost at a walking distance). Female travelers can also opt for this as the host is helpful and the location is fine (not too posh but its safe as the area is a complete tourist place).
