Sibin and his wife gave us the warmest welcome, making us feel right at home. Our stay was incredibly comfortable, and their hospitality was exceptional. They were kind, attentive, and always ready to help. They prepared delicious meals for us, my little one enjoyed the food so much that he asked me to get the recipe from Sibin's wife! I would definitely recommend this stay.

We loved this homestay. Our host Meera aunty is one of a gem who took care of all our needs. We reached home very late due to traffic and still she was there to receive us. It's a beautiful home. The rooms were spacious and very neat. The bathroom was clean and had all the toiletries. Breakfast is available at nominal rate. The beach is just 5 mins drive from her home.Other places are marine aquarium which is close by and good spot for kids. For people who want to visit guruvayoor this is a great place to stay. It's a 10 minute drive from this homestay. All in all this is a beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Meeraunty is an amazing host and we enjoyed her company a lot. My daughter had a good time with her pet dogs. 🐕 People who don't have their own vehicle aunty would be able to arrange cab or taxi to go around. I would highly recommend this place

I booked Elite Villa in Thrissur for my daughter’s Madhuramveppu ceremony, primarily to capture beautiful photos and videos in a scenic outdoor setting—and it truly met our expectations. The villa is stunning and spacious (approximately 4500 sq. ft.), and very well maintained. It features four bedrooms and is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The property is kept exceptionally clean, and the peaceful ambiance makes it ideal for a relaxing getaway with family and friends. One great aspect was the on-site staff who were always available to help whenever needed. Initially, there was some resistance from the property manager regarding putting up decorative lights for our function. However, we contacted the owner, Mr. Jose Kavalakkad, who was incredibly kind and accommodating. He allowed us to proceed with the decorations, saving us from last-minute changes or having to look for an alternative venue. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to food delivery (Swiggy) and Uber services. Moreover, people in Thrissur are generally very warm, kind, and helpful, which is added to the overall positive experience. One note of caution: the villa is primarily meant for peaceful family stays, and organizing large-scale events or functions may not be permitted unless explicitly approved by the owner. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Elite Villa for a relaxing family vacation or small, private gatherings in a serene and beautiful setting. Overall, I highly recommend Elite Villa and their apartments near Vasan Eye Hospital for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay in Thrissur.

There is a parking space, good AC, equipped kitchen and driver's quarter. The shower is very satisfying. Communication with the owner is very uncomplicated and he makes sure that any issues are immediately addressed by the caretaker. Definitely recommended!
