We very much like it, very good location, clean and warm, free parking, you feel very welcome by the manager and staff, very helpful and they guide you through every step of the journey, on top of that they are very friendly people who does it all with passion!

Lovely staff, cozy and neat room. We were very happy with the warm reception and to our surprise they had a great restaurant next door with delicious fresh dishes, it was so convenient + reasonable prices, made us feel at home. We would just love to have planned to stay one more day in Assisi. Thank you Nina for everything!

A very calm atmosphere, well located, excellent service

Stefano, maître d'hôtel, was extremely helpful and nice. He helped arrange last-minute meals and take-away breakfast.

Central between the 2 cities, staff did what they could to accommodate us

First the location, not too far from the highway and not too close so there was almost no noise while being so convenient for a road trip traveller. The room was clean and comfortable. It was one of a few hotel I stayed in Italy that had an AC which was willing to provide heating in June. The best value for money so far. Highly recommend if you’re on a road trip and want a place to stay on the road.

Welcoming owners, slow atmosphere, beautiful surroundings

Owner was amazing. My son stayed there a night before a flight. He had to leave by 6:30am to get to the airport and taxis don’t start running until 8am. The owner drove him to the airport so he wouldn’t miss his flight . Doesn’t get any better than that.

A good base to explore Umbria. Pier and Sabrina were excellent hosts, friendly, respectful, and kind. They were easily available for questions and recommendations. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe. The breakfasts were wonderful especially taking into account my various allergies.

This is definitely the best place we ever booked. The level of attention to details is unparalleled. As we arrived we were greeted by Leonardo and his big smile. Good start! The apartment is brand new, tastefully decorated. Materials look good and not cheap. The kitchen has all you need and there are plenty of welcome snacks. There is a wonderful sitting area outside which our child enjoyed a lot. Everything looks better than the pictures. Bastia is a safe, welcoming town. Easy to go anywhere, which also reminds me of the very convenient covered parking this apartment has. Bravo for maintaining such a lovely place!
