This is a little piece of paradise just walking distance from the lovely, medieval and enchanting "borgo" of Bertinoro. It is so quite and relaxing, surrounded by beautiful varieties of trees with the nice company of peacocks, goats, chickens and two cats.

Exceptional hilltop location: total quiet and panoramic vineyard views; lovely evening walks and sunsets right outside the gate. Walkable to Bertinoro for scenic uphill strolls and a few good restaurants. Large, immaculately kept grounds with shade for morning coffee; fruit trees (figs, apples, pomegranate) ripen toward autumn. Breezy nights + quality mosquito screens = comfortable sleep with windows open. Well equipped: two powerful A/C units (living room + bedroom) that handled 36°C July heat comfortably and are positioned so they don’t blow directly on you. Washing machine - very handy for longer stays. Th WiFi was okay, not the fastest one, but enough to handle YouTube, zoom calls and everyday job-related stuff

It’s located in a beautiful place, very special and authentic, yet new and modern at the same time. Since we booked two rooms and there were no other families, the entire place was just for us. Massimiliano took care of everything from restaurant reservations to special breakfast requests ,all with a smile. Thank you for a special vacation!

Clean rooms, great room and spectacular views.

The breakfast was fantastic -- fresh fruit, pastries, cold cuts and cheese, coffee, juice, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, etc. We ate outside on the patio with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and farmland. My wife loved the herb garden planter that wrapped around the patio, and the host helped her identify the plants.
