We liked everything, it was perfect. The staff was great and really helpful. The room was great, really spacious, the bathroom was really nice also. There is a wellness center that works until 23, which was incredible - a sauna, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The breakfast was also perfect - a lot of choice, it had everything - we were really impressed. Totally recommend!

Overall, our stay was good. The apartment had everything we needed, but we had to figure out for ourselves what was available and where everything was. Communication was the biggest issue. For example, when we asked where to throw away the trash, the reply was simply, “Near the house.” We walked around the building with a bag of garbage trying to find the bins and asked for a more specific location, but never received an answer. In general, the hosts—or whoever was looking after the property on their behalf—provided very poor communication and ignored most of our questions, which made the stay much more difficult than it needed to be.

We spend two nights in the apartment in winter. It is very cozy and warm, located in a very quiet place. Beds are comfy, the apartment was clean and nice. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets up to 10 minutes by car. There is small ski trace in Balbeno within 10 minutes by car and a lot of great ski spots in 30-60 minutes from the apartment. Staff was very nice and helpful, we had a very easy contactless check-in and check-out. I recommend this place.
