Wonderful small boutique style family hotel with beautiful, Instagrammable interior. The owner was very helpful and kind and the homemade tiramisu was amazing. The breakfast was incredibly delicious! The room was new and modern, the beds were very comfortable. Best recommendation for this wonderful place!

Very clean with a big nice balcony with an amazing view

Great rooms all in wood, with sauna and amazing mountain view . In the middle of the pine trees. Very intimate and lot's of privacy. Great service, excellent food, all from local produce and....a great selection of wines!

The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, the check-in process was easy, and the host was friendly, welcoming, and responsive. Everything was exactly as described, making our stay enjoyable from start to finish.

We had the pleasure of spending a whole week here, and it was a truly wonderful stay. The place has a unique atmosphere – we especially loved being surrounded by nature, the beautiful surroundings, and all the animals, which added so much charm to the experience. It’s a perfect place to slow down, relax and escape from the everyday rush. A huge plus for the hosts they were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful, while also giving us plenty of space and making us feel completely at home. We really enjoyed our stay and will remember it very fondly. A great place for anyone looking for peace, nature and a break from the city. We would definitely recommend it and would be very happy to come back! 😊

Great, quite location - supermarket, aquapark, old town just a 10-15minute walk away. Fantastic view of the city! Everything new with elegant design. Superb walk in shower. Pleasant, helpful and hardworking owners.

Astrid was such a kind host & there to greet us after our long journey. She made sure the heating was on & we had everything we needed. As the week progressed, we could see how well equipped the flat was, and how comfortable. Enjoying the benefits of the Brixen card is also a huge plus, as you can travel everywhere in the region for free during your stay, including a daily trip on the ski lifts. The lovely Aquarena (swimming pool complex) is also free with this card, which most hotel & holiday home owners provide for their guests. Brixen is very centrally placed to travel to Toblach, Meran and Brenner. Each of these Alpine valleys is worth exploring: we chose to take the train out and cycle back on the excellent network of dedicated paths which is such a feature of the region. Walkers will also enjoy well signed routes for every level of fitness. I've attached a map to give you some idea of the train routes available. Although train travel is free with the Brixed card, there is an additional 7-euro charge per bike on these journeys.

The owner is incredibly kind. Clean, tidy, and spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The host was very nice. She answered messages very quickly and was very helpful with quickly registering Brixen passes, enabling us to go free on buses (a stop is 50m from the house) and also swim in the nice outdoor pools in town and go up to Plose (very nice!) We could also buy home made marmelade. And there were ducks in the garden! 🤩

Loved this place. The location was perfect and the staff super helpful. We were late and missed our check in yet they were still accommodating, very rare these days. They even allowed us to ship our hiking gear to the hotel in advance. Really, 11/10

The hotel was located just next to the old city. We had a beautiful view of the church from our window. The crew was very nice and helpful. The food was amazing and the facilities in the hotel were great! We will definitely come back again.

Location compactness cleanliness and hospitality of host

Everything! The room was gorgeous, clean, spacious. The toiletries were lovely. The wine cellar was a bonus. The breakfast was wonderful. And the staff were very friendly and helpful.

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff being extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The hotel’s restaurant exceeded all my expectations, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes.

Fancy and nice place, free parking, excellent location inside the touristic/old area (generally the town is beautiful and a great place to hang out)

Amazing food, i cant believe we ate so good every evening. It was 5 star dinner every night. Also, the people working here are so kind and helpful, we really felt welcome and enjoyed our time here with kids (family room has two areas and a lot of space)

What an absolute delight. My Arbor is one of the most incredible stays, every detail has been considered from the spacious suite designs, to the complimentary healthy snacks prepared by the pool to the unique sauna experiences. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful, they even went out of their way to arrange for my husband to watch his ice hockey game at 2am from their conference room! The dreamiest hotel ever, we can’t wait to return.
