Beautiful location ,lovely friendly staff.vwry clean and comfortable

Charming property with very comfortable accommodation Lovely facilities and beautiful views ! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the dining room which is excellent value. Spello is a delightful town and we wished we had more time to spend there

The position the staff breakfast. Very happy with the hospitality

Easy to locate in Spello close to restaurants and attractions. The owner is attentive and speaks very good English (if you cant speak Italian). The flat is clean and very well maintained with the necessities that make your stay comfortable - AC, fridge, coffee machine, microwave. It also has two WC which means no real “battle” for the bathroom in the morning!

Lovely people, gorgeous views, good pool area with plenty of loungers. Restaurant serves standard variable Italian meats, cheeses, cereal, cakes with juice and hot drinks. Dinner either menu of the day or a la carte, all home cooked and from their own land. Nice gardens to sit in the shade. Owners go out of their way to be welcoming and make your stay as easy and pleasant as possible

Fantastic. Our favourite accommodation during a 5 week trip through France and Italy. A family run agriturismo with character, spectacular views and a pool. Great food (a Michelin Bib Gourmand) served on the terrace and only half a mile (uphill) to Montefalco. With such easy access to other towns in the vicinity I would certainly return.

The place and the privacy is special and comfertable . A beautifull place in this area. The hostess was very polit and she have us an wonderfull breakfast and as welcome we get tastfull oliveoil with Bread and meat .

I loved everything and If I can I will come back, the place is a dreamed winery, quiet, beautiful, amazing staff. Breakfast exceptional. A special note to Lamyae, that did our stay beyond exceptional.

Great location in beautiful vineyard just outside Bevagna. Very friendly family and cats. House was well equipped and spacious. Wine was also excellent!. Good base for exploring nearby hill-top towns.

Beautiful place - clean, spacious, quiet. Very friendly owners, enthusiastic and helpful. Breakfast was phenomenal - lots of home-made delicious food and great coffee. Delicious olive oil too. Great place!

Very comfortable, clean, air conditioned, outside patio with awning & furniture to have meals. Lots of Bed linen and towels and extra also, fridge & freezer was brilliant and water on arrival and very delicious cookies that the owner baked for us!! What a treat! He thought of pretty much everything. Owner was very helpful to us with everything and explained so much to us regarding the accommodation and Bevagna,., and contactable at all times. He was excellent. The apartments were beautiful.

Highly recommended as golden staff and 3 minutes walking from the heart of a irresistible medieval town... and let's not forget a royal breakfast.

Beautifully furnished, makes you feel like the medical village feel of Bevagna continued in the apartment. Not your average ikea designed apartment. Air conditioner was really appreciated, so we’re tasty treats, incredible olive oil and card games that were thoughtfully provided for us by the owners. Owners met us personally and ensured we were comfortable. Lovely friendly service.

Absolutely stunning place. Totally worth a visit and stay. Amazing host and volunteers. I forgot to check out and pay but they were kind enough to reachout to me and understand my confusion and allowing me to pay later

Beautiful typical Italian - wonderful host. Everything you need.
